Very friendly staff (tho sometimes hard to get a hold of). Would've gone with 5 stars but sometimes I just never got a return phone call on questions I had. Also, I was never told that I would receive checks for my debts. I guess I assumed they'd just pay them off. So now I have to get addresses & mail them checks which will delay the bills getting paid

Frustrated and confused

They are very friendly and helpful at first but once you start the process of getting a loan they become increasingly hard to get a hold of on the phone. When you do get a hold of someone they pass you on to someone else. Then after I was approved, within a day I got a email that said it was a goodbye letter and that they already sold my loan to another company.

My loan officer and processor

My loan officer, Corissa Ortiz, and processor, Veronica Dorava, were both outstanding. This was the quickest loan we’ve ever experienced. They were both available to answer any questions from the initial application through closing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend AmeriSave! My only negative comment would be that the automated emails, which I assume are AI driven need some work. I would get an email saying all was fine, then five minutes later get an email warning me that something was needed which had been provided a week earlier.

My processor, Susan was personable, professional, and her knowledge pertaining to refinance is extensive. Susan was indispensable to me throughout the refinancing process. I truly couldn’t have done it without her.

Way too many AI generated emails

Way too many AI generated emails and texts caused confusion and frustration. Loan officer was not helpful at all after initial call. Poor overall experience.
