I have done multiple purchases on Antelife and they never let me down!!! Always fast response on orders and great delivery. If , in any case, there should be a problem they contact you for explanation and when contacted you will receive an answer very fast. Prices are very good and products sent always arrive.
These days, all the family has bought our mobile phones at Antelife The delivery is super fast - 2 days until arrival. All the 4 mobiles we bought are excellent and according to what we wished for, prices are also very competitive. We've been advising our friends to purchase through this site and three already did and are as satisfied as we are. You should find the warehouse near you and buy directly in Antelife, especiallý if you are in the UE.
The Phone arrived without problems, I had to pick it up from Customs but got immediately refunded for all I paid (money back + cupon)! Amazing service! My next phone will happily come from this store! The hour difference between Portugal and China made the communication with the Costumer Service a bit long, but overall they were always very hepful.
I ordered an Asus Zenfone 2 with INTEL Z3580 2.3GHz processor, 4GB of RAM and 16GB ROM. I received a model Z3560 1.8GHz processor, 4Gb RAM and 32 Gb Rom. Of course I immediately contacted AnteLife. It was first denied that the wrong item was shipped. When I with convincing screenshots came the reply was that it was the wrong description on the website and that I had received good phone that belonged to that price ... After much unnecessary mail contact was offered $ 10 in store credit. I never actually went along because the price difference between the ordered and delivered telephone at AnteLifes webshop was $ 73. I then opened a dispute with Paypal. Paypal allowed me the same. Ante Life now offered $ 20 to compensate. Unfortunately, PayPal is not reimbursed the return (almost 30 euros) and Paypal can not compel paying the real price difference. So I was forced to send the unit back to Ante Life. After receipt I would get the money back. Obviously I have not done this and I've learned my lessons: never do more business with AnteLife and don't expect more miracles from Paypal. Order #800085532

Ordered a Jayiu S3 from Antelife. Phone arrived very quickly and I was able to track it on DHL. It's a great phone, best I've ever owned: powerful CPU, 4G, 3GB ROM & 16GB RAM, GPS etc etc. Antelife even included two unadvertised and unexpected gifts - a useful protective cover and a glass screen protector - thank you, Antelife.
Bought a mobile phone. The postage tracker was useless but the customer service answered my questions very promptly. The phone arrived and was in perfect condition and I'm very happy I used antelife. But 31 days to get to Sydney Aus via the Netherlands.
Probably best summed up by fact their two customer service email addresses listed on invoice and website are not monitored. Instead you get an automatic response "The recipient reject your mail". They actually run their 'support' from a gmail address. Item ordered was listed as "In Stock" on website for 2 - 7 day delivery - it wasn't in stock, I was told to wait and refund refused. When it did finally arrive late a part was was missing. PayPal claim found in my favour. *UPDATE Reference: 'Reply from Antelife' (below) - Thanks for your interest... over a year later !?!?!

They replied quickly to emails. The website was easy to use and delivery was smooth from Germany to the uk. The phone was set up for Europe including the fast charge adaptor. I will be using again in the future!
Bought a cellphone just in first days of this year. I live in EU so I selected Spanish warehouse so I'd had it faster. Paid by card, didn't get any information about payment nor delivery. Website stated delivery in a few days and it arrived in no more than 5 but without any contract or invoice. Customer service assured me if there had been any problem they would have had solve it, I got 1 year guarantee (even though EU guarantees 2 at least). Cellphone had almost really bad battery status indicator from start, I didn't bother to solve it properly (fixing in service center), just installed new firmware + some apps which improved it a bit. After 6 weeks microphone stopped working (only when loud speaker was on caller might have heard me a bit) and I had to send it to China for repair (customer service told me they had no service center in EU so I had to pay for shipping like €10+ at my own expense). Got it back after a month, microphone was slightly better but definitely not fixed; had to root the phone and install an app to adjust microphone sensitivity manually. Customer service told me they had checked it before shipping back and it might have had broken during transfer. Now screen rotation is out due to barely functional gyroscope (compass shows (North)East all the time), have to use another app to switch it manually. Don't wanna send it back for fix due to high costs and unsatisfactory service center there in China. Result: Antelife might be OK and you can save quite some money unless a problem occurs. Which was my case and after 6 months of using brand new phone I'm thinking about buying new one. I keep asking myself: was it worth it for all the troubles? Order ID: 800070423

It was my first purchase of a Chinese mobile phone, I bought the umi hammer, and I am quite satisfied with it, great phone at a great price. As for quite satisfied antelife also purchase smoothly, fast delivery, I bought a Friday in antelife warehouse Spain and Tuesday have ever had to deliver. Antelife will now always my choice of site for the purchase of mobile phones and perhaps other things ...... I recommend antelife for those who want to have a top mobile phone at low price .... thanks .... Keep it antelife ....
I am a bit shocked that i was able to receive a Chinese phone in such good condition taking them exactly a week from when i ordered it to get it to my door step. I mean, i ordered my first ever Chinese phone through Amazon, and it took about 3 weeks, so i was incredibly shocked with the speed of delivery. I will be buying a phone for myself later on this year, however, at the moment im buying these for other people as im an Ebay dealer, however ive just seen that there is a wholesale scheme you can sign up to now, but i wouldnt think there would be much of a price difference after you pay DHL shipping, which isnt a bad thing. So far ive shipped a UMI Zero succesfully, and now an Elephone P8000. I checked the product as requested by Antelife and it was in immaculate condition, in fact I would consider buying the UMI Zero because of the feel, build quality and the way the screen looks, as ive realised 5'inch looks clearer, as larger than that, its kind of unpixalated. I did put a case out on Antelife because i was sceptical due to bad experiences with other Chinese shops/wholesalers, which didnt help to realise that there sister company is Coolicool, all belonging to AUKEY INTERNATIONAL. How is it Coolicool is such a horrific disaster of a company, compared to the ease of using Antelife. WHY!? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS, AND ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

When I bought my items, they were "in stock" but they needed 2 weeks to send my order because they lied, it was in reality out of stock then I waited 1 week to get a valid tracking number. Be prepared to pay extra charges (hidden) with Antelife after the order. Moreover, the currency converter on the website is useless because Antelife only accept dollar.

I recommend Antelife.com for top brand China phones and accessories!!!! Great seller, superb quality, very fast shipping, low price and unexpected gifts with every order!!! Dear all, I bought the phone Jiayu S3A in antelife.com. The deal of support has been formal, and delivery time of the packages has taken a week and half. Before modifying the order due to lack of stock in black color, I reported the problem and find solution to avoid delaying delivery.
