The only problem I have is the bat the…

The only problem I have is the bat the bat is not what it is advertise. It was just like the $30 bats it seems like the bat industry is a big rip off taking money from little kids parents for a $500 bat is a joke. The bat will be used for one year and never touched again. This is nothing to do with your business very professional no problems.

The product was as expected, delivery time was not

The product was as expected. The delivery time was not (nearly a month). The product was behind schedule and the tracking information shared was not helpful in estimating arrival. I emailed inquiring about delivery time and was told it was the manufacturer's fault and would still take another week. Coincidentally enough, it arrived a day or two later. I needed to order the same product in a different size and ended up just going with Amazon, unfortunately. I used to coach at the high school level and prefer to go through non Amazon businesses, but my experience makes me weary to order again. Edited to add: I was contacted by the customer service rep. with an apology and a solution to compensate for falling short. With this level of customer service, I am inclined to order again from Anthem Sports.

Working with Anthem Sports was great

Working with Anthem Sports was great! The problem began with the factory now trying to meet our on site date. Then compounding the problem was the carrier. They took 5 days to deliver the product that was 142 miles away! Their customer service was awful. Anthem should have made it clear to the factory and carrier to meet the customer requirement date!
