Bought the Axiom Streamliner rack and a pair of 174 Hudson panniers for each of our Coasts. Quality of the panniers for the cost is amazing. Rack is excellent, easy to install and solid. Makes a great setup for grocery store trips, rides to events, and other short hops where we dont want to walk around with shoes with cleats. Purchase was easy, shipping was quick. Very happy.
The best bikes! and such fast shipping. We love this company
Loving my Bruzer! Just wish I could ride it more. Highly recommended 🙌
Here's to hoping for more rides! Thanks for the support!
Lightning-fast delivery, straight-forward and detailed instructional assembly videos (I am not in any way a bike mechanic, and I did fine), and, so far, an impeccable product! Indeed, it might be the perfect bike.
My bike came quickly and it was everything I expected and more! Easy to put together and rides like a dream! Thank you so much!
Love to hear that! Appreciate you and the support
The wheels were bent and scarred when the bike arrived. Attempting to get them trued has failed and the brakes on the bike aren’t clean. Support has just told me to take it to a shop. This has been a very disappointing experience.
The assembly video made it about as easy to put things together as it can be for a bike. I like the bike a lot. The belt drive and hub shifter are smooth and practical and I expect maintenance will be a minimum. But it's also a responsive bike and a great ride.
That's wonderful to hear! Keep us posted if you ever need anything. Thanks for the feedback!
Best customer service I Have ever experienced. The Priority team goes above and beyond what is required or even exoected
Awesome! We do our best and never hesitate to reach back out!
awesome team and quick delivery!! This bike is incredible
Love that you're loving the bike. Thanks for you support here!
Great experience again buying a bike. I bought a 3 speed for my son now that he is getting bigger. He loves it and the customer service was great answering questions before I ordered the bike.
Love to hear that he's loving the bike! As he keeps growing we can certainly accommodate!
Great bike, easy instructions for assembly and great customer service.
Love to hear it! Keep up the miles out there and enjoy!
Best bike, Best service, adorable people!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Always happy to lend a helping hand! Keep us posted for anything else
Awesome to hear! Thanks for the support :)
I had previously purchased an Apollo Priority gravel bike and it was great experience throughout. Answered my questions, shipped to my bike shop in Philadelphia and put it together asap. I’ll be back for sure. Keep up the good work!
That's awesome and enjoy the adventures out there on your new Apollo!
I love my Priority bike and the company was great to work with. I don't normally leave reviews but Priority deserves it so here I am.
That's super appreciated! Glad you're loving the bike and enjoy the miles ahead of you!
Great product that shipped super quick and almost entirely assembled. I still managed to mess up putting on one part that was damaged due to user error on my end and they didn't bat an eye at sending me a replacement free of charge immediately. Was honestly blown away by the whole exchange with customer service, didn't know companies like this still existed!
Always here to lend a helping hand! Glad we got you sorted out and rolling. Keep us updated if you ever need anything else.
I ordered a Priority 8 online. Received it quickly and was able to assemble it with the help of instructions and the videos. I love the bike. The shifting is quick and the gear ratios are good for my use.
Love that you're enjoying your new Eight! Keep us posted if you ever need anything :)
My Priority bike purchase (Priority 8) was a great experience. I picked up this bike for my son, who was looking for a bike that was maintenance free and clear of grease and oil. The belt drive is really neat and the internal gears are well calibrated to give you a good range. The instructions to assemble the bike were easy to follow and there is enough video content online if you need further insights.
We needed some bikes for the beach. I bought one to test it out. Wow. Great bike. Easy to assemble. Great service. So I bought 4 more!! I highly recommend these bikes to anyone. Thank you Priority Bicycles!!
Thanks so much for the support! Love to hear that you're building a small fleet! Let us know if you ever need anything
I am an 89 year old guy that has been away from biking for many years but I love this Priority bike. I mostly ride in my neighborhood here in Boulder Co. I average about thirty minutes every other day. Happy to be back at and thank my son in law Michael for suggesting Priority. Fred Merchant
