We love our Geminis and any question I ever have has been quickly resolved by the service people.

Easy to assemble

Easy to assemble. Quality materials. My wife likes the look and ride. I would recommend your products to friends.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping. Easy to assemble. Great ride. Sturdy solid bike. Will know next year its durability and ability to withstand ocean weather and conditions.

Holding up decently at the beach

Holding up decently at the beach. Love the belt drive (chain usually first failure point for beach bikes). Still some corrosion points. Assembly a bit of a pain. Components decent but not great.

Best kids bikes around

Best kids bikes around! Will try for adult bike next time I need one

Oustanding customer service

I've been more than pleased with Priority. I bought a Gotham several months back and my girlfriend was jealous so she had to have a Classic + as well. But she's pretty short and realized after getting it that It was just too big. So you took it back and sold her the in-between model instead (can't think of the name at the moment). And it was perfect, so now we're both thrilled with our new bikes. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Priority is the best.

Coast Excellence!!!

Coast Excellence!! I purchased a Coast for my wife and the whole process from start to finish went perfectly. To top it off the bike was as advertised! A beautifully executed build that is lightweight and with the Gates belt drive a pleasure to ride!! I like it so much I am going to order one myself!!

My tall 8 year old had outgrown his old bike but wasn’t ready for a bike with an excessive number of gears. The Start 24 is just right for him! It was easy to put together and is very good quality. He loves his new bike!

Engineered for a great experience

I'd bought a Priority Continuum Onyx used for my daughter a few years back and became an instant fan of the carefully thought-out engineering and design of these bikes. Now I have a Priority bike of my own, and I'm enjoying every ride. My Priority Glide e-bike is a stylish cycle with a very bike-like feel, and just the right kick of pep for tough hills and quick dodges. Showing it off to my friends and family, everyone has appreciated both its retro style and its bang-for-the-buck in terms of components and functionality. Disc brakes, electric assist, integrated lights and an internal hub for under $2000 is a real find. The folks at Priority were very helpful in resolving an issue with my shipment and partnered effectively with my local bike shop on the assembly. I'd definitely buy Priority again.

Priority Bicycles are top tier in more ways than one!

Priority Bicycles are not intent with simply being on the leading edge of innovation in terms of their products, with unique features like Gates belt drives and Pinion gears. I needed a small spare part and when I called to request it (it wasn't listed among items that could be ordered online), I spoke directly with a member of the Priority team. He made sure I got the correct part via examining photos of my bike and shipped it out right away. This level of commitment to the needs of their customers, both big and small, makes Priority Bikes stand out in a crowded field.

This is the best service I have ever gotten. Not only from chase getting back to me on a Sunday via email but also with sending out a new motor mount bolt that was missing from the first order for completely free. You should be proud of your team and your customer service.

I love my new bike

I love my new bike - thank you.

The Bruiser is the best bike I have ever had!

I bought the bruiser on affirm payments for $98.00 a month. I used to be a messenger downtown Chicago for years. I have been on so many different mountain bikes in my life. Trek and Cannondale, was definitely my favorite bikes I've ever had until I got this. This thing rides so smooth, shifts so easy, and I love the belt drive. The pinon gears is above and beyond!

Awesome Customer Service and Product

Available to walk me through the selection, always a REAL & knowledgeable person on the phone, great customer service and great product!
