They did not keep track of my order. They texed me saying that my package had been delivered,when, when I told them, I hadn't received it, they just kept saying for 2 weeks,after wich I did receive it. That was bad business when the can't give you a honest update on your package

The package was delivered within 3 business days. The delay appears to have occurred post-delivery with the customer's business office, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Customer posted a different 4-Star review about this order "GOOD PRODUCT. GOOD SERVICE".

I thought I was buying Wilson Composite K2, TDY & TDJ Footballs, but they were not. They were a lower end version. You can't call a football a K2 if it says pee wee on it.

Wilson has updated the naming of its composite football sizes to Pee Wee, Junior, and Youth. These sizes correspond to the legacy K2, TDJ, and TDY designations that many coaches, leagues, and customers still recognize. Some Wilson footballs may continue to display the legacy markings, while others may only show the new size name, but the product remains the same.

They need to send what they display in their advertisement to the t contents were not the ones shown and were way more expensive than the substitute they actually sent I will never use them again they want me to pay to ship their mistake back or they will send me a shipping label that comes out of my money for the product refund never even offering me free shipping when its their fault I already paid once why should have to pay for their mistake especially when they denied the mistake and wouldn't correct the issue at hand anthem sports can eat a pecker n choke on it for all I truly care

two goals shipped in an open carton that was destroyed. The packing bag was not shipped with two goals. One of them had obviously been used. I think we should’ve got two new goals. They did send us the bag, but strange customer interaction in my opinion.

Great salesperson, but waiting to get all the right order parts.
Sales person (Jules) is a real asset, w/ consistently prompt, helpful responses to all our questions. Anthem quickly shipped our order (partially), and Anthem quickly billed us for it, but what was delivered doesn't appear to include all the pieces we believe we should have received. Jules is trying to figure out what went wrong and how to correct the problem, but now our installation timing is now delayed.
