AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers consistently find the products to be of high quality, durable, and very easy to use, providing excellent peace of mind. Many people appreciate the straightforward setup process and the visible deterrent quality of the items. However, some customers mentioned unexpected pricing issues, noting that the cost was advertised in US Dollars instead of AUD, leading to higher expenses. Other people pointed out potential product imperfections, such as concerns over the perceived cheapness of the locking mechanism or items not fitting certain vehicle models.

I stumbled upon Anti Apex expecting a treasure trove of fashion finds, but was left disappointed. The site promised variety, but the selection was lackluster-nothing stood out. The checkout process was a nightmare, with confusing navigation and slow loading times. I expected better from a brand that prides itself on style. Wouldn’t shop here again.

ANTI APEX GHOST TRACKER

(1) The battery on the ghost tracker only lasted six months, no where near the twelve months claims. (2) Tracking of vehicle Isn't In real time therefore It's Impossible to find your vehicle unless you are metre from your vehicle, good luck If you live In rural Australia. (3) All prices are In US dollars only, therefore you pay much more for their products than you realize.

Payment was straight forward and easy

Payment was straight forward and easy. With the Jaecoo J5 BEV you have to lock the car first without using the Anti Apex steering wheel lock device if you don't the J5s doors won't lock at all you have to unlock the J5 without pressing the brake pedal and then attach the device. The car will lock normally.

Promt replies to emails

Promt replies to emails to sort out a connection to the app issue, turned out to be at my end. What I do like: I've stuck it behind the rear vision mirror, so it is not intruding on forward vision. The four camera display on screen is too small to see when driving anyway. The saved vision files are quite small so reviewing them and skipping through is quick. The quality of the vision is good when reviewing full screen on the phone.

False & Misleading Advertising

Received a non-genuine product from China in a generic box and no reference at all to Anti-apex despite all advertising showing the product had brand markings. They claimed it was a "batching" issue - garbage They advertise as if there is a store in Australia, however the pricing is in USD. Be very careful, in fact dont buy it as their returns policy is so carefully written you will never be refunded When I threatened them with a complaint to the Aust Competition and Consumer watchdog, the refund was immediate and I was told to keep the product and don't send it back. If that is not dodgy, then what is.
