Difficult to look for the replacement parts of APEC water systems because some don’t have a photo of it so we’re not sure the correct one or not. And very difficult to get phone support for help.

Ordered one tank, got two delivered. Was told to send the extra one to Texas at my expense. Argued for 3 days to finally get them to not charge me for the one I didn't want or need. Will never deal with those idiots again!!!

The company has the best tech support group. I sent them an email and they responded late at night with a set of instructions to fix the problem. We tried several things over a few days. Their tech support group seemed to be available at any time. We figured out what the problem was and they sent me the parts to fix it. Everything worked and we are completely satisfied.
I have been in the customer service business as a tech, a manager, and and an owner of a computer network support group for the past 50 years. I rate this group as one of the best and responsive tech support teams I have ever come across.

I purchased many items and a couple of them included the 3/8ths 5-TCR-3-8 post filter. One of these filters were leaking on the faucet end of the filter and I couldn't get it to stop. I contacted APEC support and after confirming I connected everything correctly they immediately sent me a replacement filter for no charge. To me that shows that this company holds their customers in high regard and I'll keep buying more units/parts from them.

Ordering and Delivery were painless. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that some of the John Guest Valves and Tees were not found via search, I had to go elsewhere to find the part number to use on your site

Pricing was good and the filter quality appears very good. However, there were no filter to piping adapters included or available for purchase through your website. This would be handy if you are intending to sell these to a do it yourself installer.
