I ordered a bunch of plants, and every single one arrived perfectly healthy! I expected them to wilt a bit during shipping, but nope! They’re now planted in my aquarium and they are healthy, beautiful, and thriving! Best online plant ordering experience I’ve had, by far.
Order 3 golden mystery snails 2/3 were alive and well, I waited 48 hours to see if any chance he was just shy and he sadly was dead I emailed and they gave me a refund for the snail. I also ordered spider wood it was a beautiful peace of wood no sharp edges and perfect! Over great experience and super good price and quality will definitely be buying more from here if I need it.
I purchased 3 borneo crabs last spring. They were DOA but aquaticmotiv staff responded quickly to my questions and provided a full refund (minus shipping cost, which is fair). Tried again this week and they arrived healthy, active, and very personable! The crabs are also eating pellets, which is great, they seem very well adapted to tank life and much more robust than wild caught crabs would be. The snails and plants I received were also very healthy, exactly as described. I would definitely order again, excellent customer service and very unique crabs.
