I received five snails that died in my mailbox while I was out of town. The company did not tell me when they were shipping; only when they arrived, which was too late. They said because I did not pick up the snails when they arrived, they will not guarantee or refund/replace this order.

When ordering/receiving live animals, we recommend being home to receive your package. Our 100% live arrival guarantee covers all DOAs but unfortunately, we are not able to cover any snails that die due to being left outside, in the AZ heat for days. Our system shows that 4 emails were sent and delivered to your email: 1) Order confirmation, 2) Shipping confirmation, 3) Out for delivery notice, and 4) Delivery confirmation. I ordered a few plants and they arrived…
I ordered a few plants and they arrived in perfect condition. I can’t wait to watch them grow in my main aquarium and I’ll probably order some more for my other tanks.
Shipping was quick and efficient. Plants were packed well and still healthy when they arrived despite the heat. Plants did very well when transplanting into the tank and are thriving. There was a great variety. Definitely reccomend!

Very nice plants
Their plants are always very well packaged, and the seller included a cool pack in my last order due to the heat wave even though I hadn't purchased a shipping add on. I actually messaged the seller to add a plant on to an order placed the previous day and they were very accommodating. Pleasantly surprised to find that a second nana was included as my free plant. Their plants are always very nice, one of the only plant sellers I buy from.
The only place I trust to get aquatic plants from anymore. They always come super healthy (and quite quickly)! I got them in about a week ago and they're already thriving (one has even somehow managed to double in size). I've ordered from other companies but they never come this healthy

Co2 kit more hassle than fun
I purchased two ISTA Co2 kits for my two nano aquariums. I talked to their support about having issues with the diffuser not diffusing properly and water backing up in the air tube. They were kind enough to send me check valves and new diffusers, but now the new diffuser has messed with the co2 regulator or something. It's a one nanometer difference between one bubble a second or twenty, and since ive got two, i have to tweak these things every. Single. Freaking. Morning. I asked if there were compatible solenoids to maybe relieve myself of this hellish process over a week ago and no answer.
The plants either get too much co2 and choke out the livestock or too little. The issue persists even after switching the new diffuser back with the old one. Very aggravating. And of course you have to pierce the canister with the regulator to use co2 for your plants, so I can't return either at this point, according to their policy. Horrible experience, I'd kill for a refund. 'Ideal for beginners', I don't think so. I hope these canisters run out of co2 soon so I never have to touch them or this brand again.
I’ve gotten some beautiful plants from this shop but it’s about a 50/50 chance they survive. I have plant substrate gravel and dose weekly with plant fertilizer. my last shipment was promising but red tiger lotus bulb never sprouted, got moldy and both Alternanthera Reineckii Rosanervig melted.
