Zero Customer Service
Ordered an Aero Precision Adjustable Gas Block. Arrived a few days later. Opened package, and the original package containing the gas block had been re-sealed with masking tape. Opened gas block package, and the set screws were missing. Emailed customer service on 2-19-2025. Been 3 days now with no response. My first, and last order with AR15Discounts.
Hey there, We’re really sorry for the experience you had with your order. We double-checked our movement history on this item, and we can confirm it was not returned to us at any point—this is exactly how it came from the factory. That said, we totally understand how frustrating this is, and we’re more than happy to assist you with a refund, exchange, or getting you the replacement screws you need. I know Eric already reached out to you personally, but we wanted to reach back out to cover all of our bases. We appreciate your patience and would love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll get you taken care of ASAP! Best, Michael Earnest
