Awesome. Great prices, friendliest staff ever, not to mention how knowledgeable and helpful they are as well. 5/5 business that doesn't play around, they get things done and ship fast. You wont find prices better than theirs. I delt with Kvon my last purcahse who is the absolute best, answers emails almost instantly and knows what he is talking about. I have been a customer for three years and I plan on remaining a customer until I can't "pew pew" anymore.
This is my first return to GMW, and it was due to an ordering mistake on my part. The GMW guys & gals are very professional and expeditious in their customer service. I now have positively experienced both sides, the sales side and the customer service side. Great product choices and fast delivery on the sales side. This is a quality business. I ordered a gun cleaning kit. When it arrived, all I had was a shredded, empty envelope inside a plastic sleeve from the post office with a we’re sorry label. I reached back out to GunMag Warehouse with photos of the package, and they promptly sent me a brand new gun cleaning kit, at no additional cost to me. I appreciate their customer service and their willingness to work with me.
Mike with customer support and his group were right on it with my order. If anyone needs a great report I give them a 10 out of 5. GunMag Warehouse has the hard to find parts for older weapons.
Great customer service. Great selection at very reasonable prices. I live in CT so there are many restrictions that I have to deal with but the customer service agents (Lauren) are always willing to help me out by informing me what I need to submit prior to my order being processed and shipped promptly. I will continue to orderfrom them.

Great selection good prices BUT they took 7 full days to process and mail the order for 2 basic magazines they had in stock! For the couple bucks I saved would have just gone to a different vendor Most ship In 24 hours 7 days is not good
My first experience was great my order can when expected to deliver. And Iove the large selection of products and prices. But this time I ordered some mags for a range day and got the tracking number with the delivery date. But when I was checking I noticed it was till sitting in Dallas with no movement. So I called customer service and they stayed it had been loss by USPS but I asked do they offer a overnight or 1day ship option but was told no and I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and not having it for my event. My overall take is that they didn't care about offering any type of compensation or discount I guess they got their money so oh well.

Note that this company charges 2x as much shipping as the next american business. They are also the only one to charge a 20% refund EVEN IF THEY HAVENT SHIPPED YET. They took wayyyy too long to ship, over 4 days so I asked for a refund. This company represents the worst of American greed.
I have ordered multiple times from GunMag Warehouse, this time, the order shipped and the package was going to distribution facilities for USPS that were not close to where it should be. I contacted GunMag Warehouse and within 24 hours I was getting emails with updates about my order. Those emails continued until my package was delivered. I am very pleased with the customer service and will continue to use GunMag Warehouse for years to come.
