Hope it arrives in one piece

Ordering through their website was easy, the rest a nightmare. Firearm was damaged upon arrival due to not being properly packaged. Filed a claim through guns.com, could not get ahold of anyone to ask about the situation. Even had my FFL reach out to try to help. All I wanted was to be able to get a partial refund & keep the firearm (I would have to pay a gunsmith to fix the damages). After the continual 72 hour wait between email responses, I finally gave up & had the firearm shipped back. It’s impossible to speak to a customer service rep, along with them not really trying to remedy the situation in the way of the customer.

Weapon arrived with no sights and damage

Weapon arrived with no sights in the box, damaged tab above the safety selector, and scratches on both the receiver and butt stock tube. Unfortunately I was very sick the day I picked it up and failed to inspect it before taking delivery so this one is on me. I paid for a new gun and looks like I received a returned one.

Your purchasing process works very well, easy to follow and very well organized with suggestions of local FFL's, Once a firearm is purchased. Also, your suggestion to contact the rangemasters if there's anything questionable with the purchase, once it's received. I purchased what I thought was a brand new Ruger Mark IV competition handgun. I rceived it with only one magazine. I contacted your range masters at service@ guns. dot com and never received an answer for a week and a half. Then I found another method of contacting guns.com anne was told that this item was knowingly shipped with only one magazine. At this point, I'm not really sure why I received one magazine, but they are only 10 or $12, so I purchased 2 additional magazines.

FN 5.7 FDE Ordering Experience Gone Wrong… TWICE

I have tried to order a FN 5.7 MK3 in FDE. I know this is a Vendor Issue, but the wrong color and/or model gun has been shipped twice in a row. The fact there is a lack of QC process through Guns.com and even worse, lack of actual customer representatives who value your time, has made this a horrible experience. I have wasted my time and money driving back and forth to my FFL to pick up a firearm that was wrong. I will be using another company/competitor to do my business and will absolutely be telling all family/friends to shop elsewhere. If the customer experience to resolve problems was more helpful and timely in lieu of avoiding questions from both my FFL and myself, I wouldn’t rate so low. But the fact remains the Customer Service is poor and the lack of oversight over registered Vendors is not acceptable as a business.

I bought a Winchester mod 12 12ga on…

I bought a Winchester mod 12 12ga on June 27th. I picked it up a week or so later. Took it to the skeet field the next chance I had and I didn’t even get through a full round and the stock broke completely in half near the pistol grip. After looking closer at it you could see where someone had tried to glue it. Now I have to wait 2+ months to get another stock. What a waste of money in my opinion. I won’t buy from you people again.
