Bait and switch
I purchased a Browning Citori 525 O/U shotgun. The description clearly stated that a hard case was included. When the gun arrived, it was in a beat up cheap soft case. When I finally got in contact with guns.com, I was told that the hard case was a $30 rifle case that was “out of stock”. This is a clearly a “BAIT AND SWITCH”. Be careful when dealing with this shady site!!!

No support
Order placed Jun 26th . Tracking stopped within days. Could not get support to respond. No telephone number to talk to live support. Refund finally on Jul 26th. Terrible experience. Can't believe how bad this site is to use. Would not recommend.

purchased a fire arm and was promised a free suppressor and never got it or a code in email or spam. they lied with the promotion as well as the gun which was painted with can spray paint ..painted over oiled surface so it came off on your hands...not to be trusted...will never do business with Guns.com again they are liars and thieves.
