It was my first time ordering from Guns.com and my overall experience was amazing. I was looking for a particular pistol that was older, rare, hard to find. The advertisement of it caught my eye because it was listed as excellent condition at a really fine price. Also it was a certified used, I read through what it meant and was convinced the pistol would be in great shape. The shipping was good, I got my pistol at my local FFL with no problems. I was extremely happy with the purchase, the gun was in top tier, pretty much mint condition. Showed very little signs of firing, it was very clean, it looked like it just came out the factory brand new. It also came with the original case, an extra magazine, it was such a spectacular deal. I am so glad everything was easy doing business with Guns.com, the service much appreciated.

You have no customer service

Un-reachable customer service. Damaged Colt Revolver

I saved a long time to buy a Colt Python and purchased the TALO limited edition. The gun arrived in the original case but severely damaged. This type of damage would only occur prior to shipping - significant blemishes and deep grooves all over the revolver. It resembled a display model. I contacted the company and was told there is nothing to do because I didn't purchase the shipping insurance. The FFL agreed the damage was extreme beyond shipping damage especially because the case was in good condition. Guns.com was un-reachable and put the onus on me for not purchasing additional coverage. Customer service is abysmal. Now I have an expensive limited edition revolver that appears used. I will never purchase anything from Guns.com again.

They said my order was shipped on…

They said my order was shipped on 7/17/26, and it's now 7/22/26, and still no tracking number or any other info regarding my order has been provided. This is definitely the last gun I will purchase from them.

I sold 3 guns to them

I sold 3 guns to them, they suggested gift cards, but I didn't realize until to late that the gift cards only can be used at their store. I just wanted my cash, they said that they could not give me cash (which is BS.) I ordered a gun from them ($800+), had gift cards for $790+. The offer on the purchase of the gun came with a free suppressor. When I received the email with the code to get the free suppressor, the offer was not free, would have cost me almost $400 for the suppressor (Not sure how that is free). I would not accept the gun at the transfer shop, they sent it back and now Guns.com skimmed over $200 off me and put my money back into gift cards. I will be contracting the attorney general of Minnesota on this deceptive practive. DON"T DO BUISNESS WITH GUNS.COM..

Horrible customer service

I ordered a gun about a month ago, and it still has not shipped. The company has no contact number, I've emailed several times. It is about 2 weeks before I even get a reply.

I purchased during the time of a free can- no link ever sent for this despite numerous efforts on my part to get the code to redeem the offer. I won’t purchase again and I won’t suggest others to purchase- follow thru on your part would go a long way.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Bought the gun that was listed then was send the wrong one. Made me pay to restock and ship back to them. Never buying through them again

They sent me a gun that was missing critical parts and didn't respond to my requests that they rectify the situation. It's been over two weeks since I alerted them to the issues and I've received no response other than a couple of boilerplate auto-replies.
