purchased a pistol and after 30 days my FFL had not received it. i asked Guns.com and was informed that even though my FFL was approved and i could select from drop down menu, the distributor has a different approved FFL list and was waiting to ship it. i’m not sure if i had not placed an inquiry if Guns.com would have provided an ipdate
I ordered a gun during their free suppressor promotion when it said buy any gun. I never got it and emailed them numerous times and basically got the same response every time " wait 3 business days to recieve it" its been a month now and haven't seen anything.... I don't recommend them based on there customer service. They did ship the gun quickly though.
Let’s start by saying I’m a FFL. Have been one for over ten years. I sent in an offer for a firearm at guns.com. A day later they accepted it. Saying I need to check out in five days. I navigate to do so but it won’t let you proceed until you select a dealer. My dealer was not listed. They say to upload your FFL and in 24hrs it will be approved. I logged on and off for four days. Nothing. I sent countless emails and phone calls. Nothing. They only give you five days to checkout once they accept your offer. Then I get an email saying they are extending my offer for five more days. Three days later with zero correspondence from Guns I tell them to just withdraw my FFL which they never uploaded. And my offer. They respond. Ok done. This is a total crap company. They have the worst customer service and I will never deal with them again even if they offered me a free gun. I lost out on several used guns waiting for them. If I could leave a negative stat I would.

Gun purchase went great. The free silencer never happened even wth multible attempts to contact you. Won't do any purchase/promos wth this company again....

Gun came (new) with defective part and still have not received the coupon code for the free suppressor… have had conversations with Guns.com Team and have been told the coupon code will come when the order is processed… the order was processed weeks ago and I already have the Gun in-hand… please contact me:)
Very good experience. I have used several other online gun sellers but never had used Guns.com. For me and this transaction I give it a solid five stars. Site and system was very easy to use. Ruger revolver was as described, decent price, and shipped very quickly.
My first bid went great without any issues but on my 2nd auction I was able to bid on a firearm and win the auction only to be informed that the item is not compliant with the local gun laws. Why allow a bid if it doesn't meet the local gun laws?
