Prices are fair. The quality of the product is good and response from staff is quick. We did get several boards where the quality did not look like the majority, but the stain and finish saved them so they were still useable.

This is an absolutely horrible company…

This is an absolutely horrible company to work with. I ordered trim from their site and due to a system order on their end, they sent me duplicate product and charged me twice for it. I’ve been calling and emailing them for weeks to get a shipping label to return the duplicate product so I can get my money back. They are giving me the run around and saying they are “working on it” but then never respond to me or follow up. They say I will have to pay $30 for a shipping label to send back their duplicate product that they sent me due to their system error. The last person I spoke to, Priscilla, mentioned this was due to their system error and that other people are experiencing this as well. So if you know it’s your issue, you won’t fix it by simply generating a return label so your customers aren’t paying for your mistake? Terrible customer service, shady business practices, I am going to fight this tooth and nail because this is simply wrong to do to a customer. And I will make sure that everyone knows how terrible of a company this is.

Great experience ordering a new shutter…

Great experience ordering a new shutter that was damaged in a wind storm. I found it hard to believe that I could find an exact match to a shutter than came with my spec home 20 years ago. What are the odds of finding an exact match in style and size? Fast delivery that included the pins I needed to install. I didn’t need the instructions that were proactively emailed to me, but great that they sent them. I highly recommend ArchitectualDepot and will go right back to them for similar needs, although I hope I don’t need to.

Accepted my return but won't refund...

Shipped a $1500 return back to them which cost $900. They received it at their warehouse. The freight company took pictures of their receiving manager with the product on their hi lo at their facility. Then their customer service department claimed it was never received. (Which btw you can't call and talk to someone. It's all digital and inefficient AF... And that's IF the website is working that day). Then they admitted that it has been received but that the labeling may not have been correct so they lost it and are refusing a refund. And now they just stopped communicating. Needless to say now I'm out nearly $3000 cause they can't keep track of their own inventory. Even if they lost it, clearly they have the unopened product! Give me my money back per your own policy! Horrible customer service. Product was flimsy and brittle and very low quality. Don't recommend for any respectable builder.

Great company to work with

We purchased panels from this company, and the delivery time was amazing. The product was perfect, exactly as described and so easy to install. We had issues with corner pieces which the company solved quickly and re-shipped. I would definitely do business with this company again as they are so good to work with.
