Terrific product
Terrific product. Received the shutter cap in a few days after ordering. Order companies charge 5time as much for the same quality as architectural depot. Don’t shop anywhere else KW

The delivery company never contacted me prior to delivery. Left the site for 40 minutes came back and they were in the garage. I reached out days prior when I saw it was in Albuquerque. Emailed warehouse and was told the deliv service would call.

Products were a decent price and it didn’t take long to arrive. Shipper was a different story FedEx shipped to us and when they arrived they looked like they went through the war! Ends of the boxes 📦 were open luckily none of the hardware was damaged or missing. Instructions could have been sent instead of having to use the code to access them on the phone.
Disappointed
Website implied my order would be made of PVC. Very disappointed when it was made of a manufactured wood.
Another GREAT pirchase
We have made multiple purchases from AD over many years and this one was as good quality as all the others. Great quality. Fair price. Fantastic selection of styles. (We wrapped our load bearing patio post… looks terrific!)
