Ordered vinyl shutters on 6-17-26 and…

Ordered vinyl shutters on 6-17-26 and as of 6-29-26 the order still had not been processed. I made multiple phone calls to customer service and received nothing but lip service. " We can only reach out to the warehouse from this department. We understand and we will take care of this. The order is being processed. I am the senior management that you can speak with." So I have cancelled my order and demanded a full refund. I will find a more reputable company to handle my business. What a joke!

Exceeded expectations in quality!

The quality of the product I purchased - wainscoting trim boards- was far above my expectations! Ordering was super easy, product descriptions and photos made it easy to see the differences in molding types. Thank you

Avoid this vendor at all costs.

Avoid this vendor at all costs. I ordered a wooden beam that arrived in a box with no visible external damage. When I opened it, the beam inside was completely shattered and unusable. Instead of standing behind their product, the company hid behind a deceptive return policy and refused to take responsibility. Their excuse was that I should have inspected the contents before accepting the shipment. That's an unreasonable expectation when the outside of the box showed no signs of damage. Unless customers are expected to open every package in front of the delivery driver, their policy is simply a way to avoid honoring legitimate damage claims. The product arrived destroyed, and customer service was more interested in blaming the customer than making things right. If something arrives damaged, don't expect this company to stand behind what they sell. I won't be doing business with them again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I ordered decorative panels twice

I ordered decorative panels twice. The first order was perfect and I loved the product. I decided to add more decorative panels to my project. The second order had some issues with the panels. I called architectural depot and explained my concerns and they were very helpful and ended up sending me another set of panels. I’m very satisfied.

Love the shutters

Love the shutters, came resonably quick but there were 5 damaged shutters that are going to be replaced. Customer service has been great so far as I wait for the replacement shutters. Other than the damages I would have rated them 5 stars

I ordered 38 rock panels from ArchitecturalDepot and they arrived in perfect shape. The only thing was they were 4 short. I only got 34. After I contacted them regarding the shortage, they immediately jumped into “Fix It” mode and got me the remaining panels very quickly. The job never missed a beat!!

Excellent Products and Service!

I purchased some countertop brackets which were far superior to anything else I could find in pretty much every way - capacity, aesthetics, space considerations and even price. The brackets were delivered in less than a week, and my follow-up questions on installation were answered over the phone with no hassle.
