My recent purchase
I have recently made a furniture purchase using the help of the Artemest website. It was the first time I have used this website, having spent a considerable time researching the options available online. I live in Australia, so I was quite apprehensive about finally making such a purchase online, given the safety concerns, honesty, reliability etc that is involved. Serena Falcone, the Artemest representative with whom I dealt, has been truly wonderful in guiding me through the whole process. I don't have my goods as yet, but thus far, Artemest via Serena Falcone has been truly exemplary in providing exceptional customer service.

Excellent customer service
Maria and her team were excellent to work with. All my emails were answered the very next day and she and her team even sent a computer generated photo of the chair we were considering in our space with photos we had provided.

Serena and the team at Artemest have been wonderful to work with. I reached out with a request to customize an office chair for a client and they were quick to respond, give me all of the information needed to make decisions and were very accommodating. THE most LAZY "LUXURY" customer service . Plus, if you don't pay for white glove they hold your item hostage!
I spent over $11,000 on a chandelier at Artemest and the experience exposed a serious gap between brand image and reality. Communication was the first failure. I asked time-sensitive questions about LED color and customization, both critical for installation planning. Responses were delayed or never came. At this price point, that is not a minor issue, it is a basic breakdown. Also, don't try calling after waiting for 40 mins they just drop you -this happened 4 times ! Delivery was worse. After being told my piece was ready, Artemest would not provide a clear delivery date or meaningful tracking unless I paid an additional $850 for “white glove” service. Without it, I was left with vague, non-committal information and a curbside drop in a crate. That is not premium service. It is using lack of transparency to force an upsell. At this price, you expect coordination, accountability, and clarity. Instead, the experience felt like a high-markup marketplace with underdeveloped operations, where the burden is pushed onto the customer after the sale is made. The product may be beautiful, but the experience is not built to match the price.

Order description was deceptive& I paid $140 for plastic coasters- shame on me. But shame on them for price gauging and basically impossible return as customer responsible to ensure “perfect condition” return to Italy plus shipping costs. Ciao forever Artemest!

Their customer service is superb
Their customer service is superb! I ordered an expensive pair of glasses for a gift and when they arrived, one of the glasses was broken. I contacted them and immediately got a reply back, and a replacement was shipped out within just a few days, in plenty of time for Christmas. And the glasses are absolutely gorgeous. Five stars all around!
