Great Customer Service
Artificial Turf Supply was a great help with our project. There was a hiccup with the shipping company but Jeremy was on top of it and got my order delivered on time! Fantastic service.

Be aware of Artificial Turf Supply and their install partners
I reached out to Artificial Turf Supply looking to obtain estimates to install a putting green in my backyard. Barry Schieferstine (their rep) paired me with an installer who would do the work. See his email below... Dear Stewart, Here is the contact information for a Company that installs Artificial Turf in your area. Please contact them directly to discuss pricing and set an appointment for firm measurements and a jobsite inspection. CONTACT INFORMATION: Jesus Bustos BTS Landscape And Construction (470)775-5092 btslandscapeconstruction.com Jesus and I scheduled time to meet. When he arrived at my home he reviewed the job site, provided the estimate and timing to complete the work. I had obtained multiple turf company estimates but selected Jesus because Barry shared 'he is one if his best installers and I will be pleased with his work as he has never received any complaints. " I texted Jesus and confirmed I selected his services to do the work, and we agreed on a date to start. He returned to my home, where I completed the contract and handed him the deposit. We were on the schedule for May 21st and May 22nd, Here where the story takes a turn... one day before he and his team were to arrive on site to begin the work, I get a text from him that his mother suffered a stroke, he was hopping on a plane and he needed to move the installation date to the following week. I wished his family well and agreed to next week. I reached back out the following week but did not get a response. On May 29th, he responded via text that his mother passed and he will call me the following day with a new install day. However; I did not hear from him. On June 6th, I drop a text sharing I need to get the work done or refund my deposit. He replied and said, "he would return the funds." He has since ghosted me. I reached out to Barry, and he said to me maybe he got busy and took his family out of town for the weekend. I said "WHAT?" He said he would reach out to Jesus and follow up. I have not heard back from Barry Artificial Turf Supply reps either. Today, June 26th, 2026. I do not recommend Artificial Turf Supply and I've shared my compliant with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and local authorities as I believe this was 'theft by deception'. I am looking to share across multiple platforms to ensure ATS and their partners are not allowed to continue these bad business practices.

So far so good. I’m happy with the product. Will see how it survives the winter. Make sure to use a carpet knee kicker. I wish I knew this before installing.

Delivery person had no idea how to get the roll of turf out of the truck. Would not allow us to follow your video of using the truck to our advantage… Turf was high quality. Perfect for our project.

Service was great
Service was great. Raul did a good job making sure my order got done. However when the turf arrived one piece was cut to the wrong width. I let them know and Kyle immediately contacted me to make it right. They sent me a replacement roll at no cost. Very pleased with how it was handled.
