I had my first interaction with Artspan and it was absolutely great. The print I had ordered arrived damaged and I was very disappointed. I contacted Artspan and their response was speedy, professional and kind and they immediately offered to replace the damaged print. Thank you very much!! I highly recommend this company.
I use Jewelspan, the off-shoot or Artspan, for my jewelry and felted goods. Customer service is top notch! They have walked me through so many challenging technical aspects of running my website and I couldn’t be happier. The help desk response is no longer than a day and usually much quicker than that. It’s like having a best friend help me run my site!
Wonderful customer service!! Susan Faith has held my hand and led this non techie through the process of setting up a new website. She has acted as teacher, coach, trouble shooter and rescuer when I needed it. I absolutely recommend Artspan to both experts and technically challenged folks, like me. This is a new experience in opening a website and I'm delighted to have discovered Artspan. I moved my website from another company. I was so glad I did. Art Span is so much easier to navigate and simple to set up. I had to pay extra for live preview with my previous platform. Customer service is second to none. The pricing is very reasonable and they are very supportive of all the artists!! I also like the ease of ordering for my customers. In the twelve years Artspan has hosted my website, their continued development of new features has helped me display and promote my paintings in a more technical and sophisticated manner. The Marketplace feature has enhanced my ability to easily and securely sell my work through my website. I recommend Artspan to other artists I know, and they have always been pleased.
I have used Artspan for over 5 years. If you are not a skilled computer designer, they have lots of information available; but best of all you can reach a real person to help resolve your issues. They are great to remind you when you need to renew your domain information. The pricing is great for all of the service.
Almost from the day they started when we were all young and foolish, any contact/experience with AS has seemed immediate, helpful and personal, particularly the help desk. My grossly inadequate tech skills have been patiently dealt with. The company is constantly innovating in the interest of the artist. This is, unabashedly, a mash note. Artspan is incredible.
I am new to Artspan and still learning how to make the best use of the website. I’ve tried two sites before this and Artspan is by far the most user friendly, especially for us tech challenged artists. The support is very good in my experience. I also love that it is specific to artists. I do have one question. Why has the blog page been taken away? I would prefer to have it all in one place. Otherwise I’m really appreciating everything about Artspan.
I love Artspan!! They are so helpful and quick to reply with any support you need! I am a watercolor artist and looked at other sites, but I truly believe that Artspan is the very best website any artist could use. I will never go anywhere else. I will be a lifetime member of this wonderful and supportive Artspan website.
I am a long time collector, looking to "finish off" my collection before I reach my stopping age (lol). I sincerely hope the artists that list on Artspan read this, because the review has nothing to do with Artspan itself and everything to do with the individual artists. I am fed up with prices not being listed. Period. If you cannot bother listing a price, I cannot bother spending the time contacting you. If your prices vary, based on your interpretation of what someone may/can pay after talking to them (who/what they collect, and a short conversation can elicit a lot of information), you're wrong. This seems to be coming a more and more common practice. I'll stick to someone that is confident and prices, every time. Thank you for continuing to give artists a reasonable venue for displaying their work, Artspan!
Sue Ann, As Artspan founder and director, I could not agree with you more! I don't understand why artists are reluctant to post pricing, and, without a price, the artwork does not even show in the Marketplace. I am working on this, trying to explain the importance of posting a price (not to mention that they can then offer prospective buyers the Augmented Reality Live Preview - a critically important feature allowing buyers to view art - at scale - in whatever room they are standing. Hope you come back in a few months and you can see a lot more work (some of our most interesting artists don't have prices). Also agree about consistency in pricing, it show professionalism. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The number I called to see about my payment options keeps changing evertime I click on the number which is really wierd and noe NO ONE IS ANSWERING! I'm so frustrated don't know who to call and how to fix my account this is horrible

Artspan.com really is a great service. Friendly and professional support staff respond quickly to any queries. Gorgeous printing and framing available with lots of options to choose from. Easy DIY tutorials. Collections, competitions and other promotional opportunities really demonstrate Artspan's genuine interest in the success of their artists. They have never increased their prices. I really don't know what I'd do without them.
Great, user-friendly interface, plenty of options to showcase my art and photos. I do recommend Artspan!
I have been using Artspan for about 5 years. I find it to be convenient to use and I am extremely happy with most of its features. I can easily upload new artwork from my laptop or smart phone, add multiple views and share artwork to social media- Love this! For the price this is a really good value. The part I’m not crazy about is the Ecomerce. I find it a little cumbersome. There is no place for customer to input their phone number. I arrange shipping after the sale by calling customer and giving options. With no phone number I have to wait for customer to respond to my email w their phone number. I also don’t like that my sales go through Artspan’s Paypal. For large amounts the wait can be long for the funds to show up in my account.

I have been a member of the Artspan artist websites since 2014, and am very glad that I chose their platform. My previous experience with building a website was with the iWeb platform, and although I was content with that platform, it was no longer supported by Apple and the program was becoming slightly problematic. Artspan was one of my options at the time, and choosing them turned out to be a good decision. With limited technical experience (but a good eye for design) and using one of their many stylish templates, I was able to build a professional-looking website without too much blood, sweat and tears. I've since tweaked my site in various ways, which is very easy to do, and there are many options. Artspan also offers an artist community, does advertising for their artists and hosts competitions. My experience with their very friendly, knowledgeable and always quick-to-respond Tech Support has been excellent. If your primary expertise is your art, and your technical expertise is a distant second, I think you will be very happy with how you can feature your art professionally using the Artspan platform.
Artspan makes it easy to maintain a professional, yet creative and dynamic presence on the Web. The great number of design options allows regular updates to keep things fresh and interesting and the easy editing of images, galleries and text makes it easy to keep things current. I lucked out when my colleague recommended Artspan to me.

I am very grateful to be a member of Artspan. It has been many years now. I investigated an ad in an art magazine and decided to take a chance. I have never been disappointed. The site is continuously upgraded, the assistance is beyond reproach, and the site is beautiful. For me....so much better than creating my own site. I have grown along with Artspan and due to your expertise in the technical area.....I am able to do more of what I love which is painting.
