I ordered a hulk outfit for a Xmas present for my husband. The material was not presented well. I contacted this company who stated they would refund me 20 percent bc it would cost to much for me to return. This was done in12/25 to this date I have had to emails or refund

I paid $70 for an long hooded clock thing that my husband had been wanting. It wasn't to worried about when it got here because I know getting things into America can be time consuming. Where my problem comes in is that it has been in customs since Dec 6th 2025 (Dec 23rd 2025 when I am writing the review) I have reached out several times asking to see if they know what is up with the package or if they can do something since it had been there for so long. They have yet to respond to me and I'm starting to feel like this was a big scam.
