I bought what I thought was a flowing black dress with beautiful pink 3D flowers on it. What I got was a piece of polyester with a flat print. Nothing like the picture. I would be embarrassed to wear it. Rip off!!! Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Stunning clothes reasonably priced and very impressed by the involvement in charities. I have breast cancer , and my mum had dementia for 9 years before she passed last March . So I will be buying more … any discounts or codes are helpful as I struggle financially since getting sick . Thank you , excited to see my items .

I had a problem with ordering 2 pieces 1 was a top in blue ( I got that one through, the 2 nd won was the pants to match I had to order separately, 38 minutes apart. So now I have to pay for double shipping. Regarding your ad, I absolutely loved it and I have been searching for this kind of clothing for a long time..I love them all and want to bu more. The dress looks beautiful. The only problem I had was that the picture I was looking at when placing the order was pink. That’s what I thought I was ordering. After I submitted the order, I saw “grey”. That’s not the color I wanted.
Careful with size choices
I've ordered from Arts weary already. Unfortunately the Irish themed dress was way too small. Ill have to remember to up the size in dresses. Its not cotton so I thought maybe a small would be ok. Ill just donate it.

Ordered a dress. When it arrived it was nothing like the photo, which had obviously been digitally enhanced. The company say they have a returns policy. They do. It is that they don't answer your emails and you are stuck with a garment that you wouldn't wash your car with. They simply do not respond. Then they have your credit card details. This is a scam I cancelled my order after reading reviews and had a confirmation. The the dress was posted I sent numerous e mails saying they had cancelled my order. The dress arrived about 6 week later nothing like to picture on there site.. after a lot of negotiations they offered me 30% and keep the dress. I explained the dress was too small and nothing like the one on their site. They then saidvi could send the dress back and I'd get a refund less important tax and other costs.needless to say I went for the 30% im still waiting company is rubbish as are there cloths. Stay awsy

If there was a minus star rating, I would give this company a minus five. I ordered a dress last July (2025) after viewing it online. What I received was an absolute joke, as it looked nothing like what I ordered at all. They have refused to give me my refund, when I complained and said I would return the dress. I emailed them several times and they stopped replying. The company is in China. I have images of what I ordered and what I then received, but unfortunately and surprisingly, there is no facility for me to attach these images, to this review. Everything about what I received, was shocking. The cheap material, the shapelessness and non existent skill of making a garment, was beyond my belief and a shock. Apart from the fact, that I am a size 8 (as ordered) the bell tent excuse of a dress, would fit a size 16! It is a cheap rubbish ugly dress and nothing like the lovely dress I saw and ordered. I have never used Artsweary before and I most definitely will never do so again as they are a total scam! I do not know if Artsweary and Sienna are one and the same company or not, but the dress was Sienna on line, but when I ordered it, it was Artsweary who accepted my order. I will never use either in the future.

Waisted money, scam! Will not send return label!
The merchandise is not as seen on pictures! Poor quality! Not embroidered it’s a Picture on polyester and not true to size. Quality so bad that I would not even give it away as a gift! Tried to get a return label and they will not respond! Total scam!! Waisted money!

I would rate the product as less than 1 if I could. Received order today and the pictures have embroidery, what I got is a picture on polyester. My hoodie's do not have a drawstring either like the pictures. This company is trying to deceive the consumer. So disappointed with the quality.
