No wait time
I started the claim online, finished up with a phone call because I could not get it to pull up a location to go have the repair completed. I put in several zip codes and nothing pulled up. Once I got through on the phone, my appointment was set up appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. No wait time

The staff provided exceptional service…
The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist me, even after I missed my appointment three days prior . After my phone became inoperable on July 24th, I called from my home PC, and despite the fact that I live two hours away, they told me to head their way and promised they would take care of me. When I arrived, they proactively installed a temporary screen on my device so I could receive the verification code needed to process my claim. Their willingness to stay after hours and provide such a high level of care was truly impressive, and I am incredibly grateful for their dedication. As a business owner i realize how important surveys are but this is more than that. This is why businesses stay in business. Thank you very much

Check your Premium
The biggest benefit of this experience was it made me look at my premium for the first time in who knows how long, and I realized I'm overpaying for insurance on a phone that costs about $400. Multiply your premiums by 12 or 24 and see how much "phone" you could buy in 1 or 2 years by just not holding this overpriced insurance.
