AMAZING
I was greeted when I walked in and my repair was started in minutes. Ryan answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. I was offered coffee and i loved the checklist to make sure my phone worked after the repair. I’m pleased with the customer service and grateful for my fixed phone!

i have paid for phone insurance on a galaxy tablet
i have paid for phone insurance on a tablet for 2 years, the charging port broke, i wasnt able to properly remember the exact date as it had been a minute since it happened. i tried to file a claim multiple times. the first person i talked to said i would be able to have the tablet replaced and would be sent an email to confirm the replacement. Got disconnected, the next person said it was passed the 90 days. even after i have tried to file a claim multiple times in the past. i will be canceling my insurance, as i now have a tablet that will not charge, that i am paying insurance for that will not fix it because it has been too long.... scam, garbage, crooks.

I've never had to replace a broken…
I've never had to replace a broken screen on a phone before so I wasn't sure what to expect but it could not have been easier. I logged into the Assurance website entered the information about my phone and it was instantly approved with several different options to have it fixed. I took it to Batteries Plus and one hour later I had a new screen.

CPR - Cell Phone Repair
CPR - Cell Phone Repair was close to home and plenty of free parking. The person there was polite and very professional. I left my phone, and a few hours later I received an email that my phone was ready for pick up. I walked in, no waiting, my phone was handed to me, and it looked brand new. That was it, all done. 5 stars.
