The experience was great. I got a repair appointment within minutes after reporting my claim online. The repair center was friendly, helpful, and timely. Was told my phone would be repaired by 4 pm. I returned to store at 4:10 pm and the technician handed me my repaired phone. Extremely happy with repair.

Went in with my phone screen damaged
Went in with my phone screen damaged. At the place the tech was expecting me and had everything in place to get to work. All he told me it would be like 30 min and in less than 20 I had my phone back in my hand working and looking amazing I recommend the place I was sent CPR in hialeah fla.

Pretty Good
The response time from the repair shop was timely and courteous. My phone was repaired in four hours. I only wished for a "loaner" device while my device was being repaired. It was an axious experience not having my phone for 4 hours.

My husband and I purchased Assurant…
My husband and I purchased Assurant Ins. on our new home in 1994 and paid our premiums for 32 years. No claim was ever submitted never had reason to even contact the company just paid them each year. Now a widow and 32 years later I have sold this home and moved to another location. Called to cancel the policy and was told they would have to speak to Arthur my husband. Explained he had passed away 5.5 years ago. They need a letter from me and a copy of his death certificate to cancel. Had no issue taking my money and continuing to renew. I'm willing to spend the $25 to put a stop payment on their draft on my account. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Black screen
My phone screen was blacked out. I went to the store without an appointment and explained I couldnt make one because my phone was broke. The representative made me an appointment using her own phone so that I could get my phone fixed right there and then. I reached at 10:30am and got my phone back 11:03am. They normally tell you to come back in an hr to pick up your phone. The hr in itself is fast timing. I was very thankful. She was very nice as well. Also very knowledgeable.
