Ordered to Germany, I was surprised how fast it was there, it was like 5 days. Product (Selehold) works extremely well! Also didn't have to pay anything extra for customs (keine Zollgebühren), as some people are writing here.

Excellent company I have had no issues with my order, products are excellent. Delivery was quick and I didn’t incur any fees which has nothing to do with the retailer anyway it’s your responsibility to check before purchase. Order before you need it, rather than knowing it’s coming from some distance and then complaining that the delivery takes time. Don’t think it’s fair to penalize the retailer for things that are obvious and stated. You can’t expect huge discounts and free delivery and then complain about how long it takes, be fair. I have no affiliation with this company and i haven’t been asked to review. I wrote this review for people that like me are skeptical to order, i have ordered twice now and am very happy with the service and products received so far
Out of date medicines
Ordered 4 cat felpreva tablets, a years worth for my cat, (no vet prescription needed!) when they arrived, they all had an expiry date if only 7 months so two of the tablets were unusable and would have been out of date by the time they needed administering. Contacted company, no help, no refund, no replacement no postage paid back to Australia if I returned them. Rubbish customer care.
Delivery took 2 weeks
Delivery took 2 weeks, also I had to pay €10 custom fee to PostNL for a purchase of €39 (NexGard Spectra Chewable Tablets for Dogs). So, eventually the item came to me for €49, which coats higher than the random petshop retail price. I could have just go one of them and buy right away, I waited for 2 weeks for nothing. Stay away from them. They ship items from Singapore and you will face a very long delivery and a custom fee
No return for the products, do not buy
I bought some items, and it took around 12 days to come. During those 12 days my dog died and I did not even open the products. I asked them for return, they say arrange the shipment yourself, since this is my desire to return the product. THis is insane. Do not buy from this shop. To return the product from Belgium to Australie costs at lease 60 Euro, while all I paid is 90 Euro. I pleaded them to generate a return label but they do not accept.
took only 11 days to get to France
I ordered 13/6 and they arrived in France today 24/6 so I find that a very reasonable delay. Me happy!

Maybe it changes based on where you live, but I experienced none of the shipping delays other people are complaining about. My order took 6 days to arrive from Singapore and the expiration date matched what was on the product page. So, for me, a good website with great deals.

After reading the reviews, I was nervous about whether my order would arrive on time and if the expiration dates on the medicines would be reasonable. Since I ordered a six-month supply, this was especially important to me. I’m happy to say my package arrived today, and the expiration dates are a full year away, which is a relief. However, I wish there had been a way to track my order on their website or at least receive an email update. Not having that information made me check reviews to reassure myself that I hadn’t fallen for a scam. Now that I know they are legitimate, I feel better about the purchase, but I might still order my pet’s medication from a closer supplier next time. I also didn’t realize the company was based in Australia—that was on me for not checking beforehand.

This company is fantastic. As a new customer I was amazed at the speed of shipping. I'm in the UK and ordered on the 10th January, the items arrived today on the 18th January. The packaging was secure and my items arrived in really good condition considering the journey. The product itself is fantastic as I've used it before. Living at the other end of the world - Europe - I received the Felpreva product in time and in a good condition. It is a 3-month-period to take for the cat, so there was no time shortage. As our vet could not tell us when he would receive the next delivery, I decided to order with Atlantic Pet Products privately just to make sure the cat will be safe. Thx for prompt delivery and reliability! I can only recommend shopping here.
Fast delivery, poor expiration date
Fast delivery. Only 10 days from order to receipt in UK. Product seems genuine compared to the UK sourced ones I already have. My only concern is the shelf life. Web site states "our products have extensive shelf lives, with most having one to two years before expiry." The Felpreva product I ordered has 7 months life on it. Not good as I bought 4 doses which is a years supply (one dose every 3 months) so it will actually be expired by the time I need the 3rd and 4th dose.
