I have been purchasing advocate flea & worm treatment for 2 years now. Delivery is usually around 3-4 weeks for the uk. I had a problem with fleas as they are all immune to the over the counter products including frontline. The only way to buy this in the uk is with a vet prescription which costs a lot for the prescription and with 6 cats it becomes costly so I am so pleased that I found this company !
I am very disappointed the delivery is more 10 days than 1 day! Be careful when you order with this website

Not a scam. Quite nice you can get meds you need without the vet shaking you down and emptying your pockets. Veterinarians are not on our side people. (How are they able to block access to meds our animals desperately need?) Sheer shameless greed. My bank did block initial payment, because company is in Australia. Once payment went through, it did take 4 weeks to make it half-way around the world to the US west coast. Had a severe cat ear mite infestation here. Atlantic helped us a lot.

The product came from New Zealand, so I wasn’t expecting super-fast delivery, but it arrived within three weeks, which was reasonable. The account will be debited immediately, but you have to wait a long time for the delivery. When asked, there are few credible explanations. I needed a couple of packs of NexGard combo and found the lowest price on the Atlantic site; I completed the purchase on August 6. After purchasing I read negative reviews here on Trustpilot and became concerned, so I contacted customer service. Despite my wariness and inquisitive emails I always received courteous and patient responses and decided to track my package and wait. The important point to remember is that the goods leave from Singapore so it is normal that it takes weeks to receive them, my package arrived on August 28. The parcel was perfectly intact, the packages sealed and the product expiration date of September 2026. I recommend it and will definitely come back to buy from them again.
Good arrived after 20 days. We don't know if the product respect the temperature during the trip. Once I wanted refund and return the good, 1000 problem with customer control,caused its a pharmacy's product and shipping cost DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

The long delivery delays should be better communicated when ordering to avoid frustration. I received the products 2 weeks after ordering but the tracking link was never updated during this time and I had given hope of receiving them. 2 years of validity so overall I’m happy

After more than a month, I still haven't received anything. 2 weeks ago ( after 3 weeks of waiting )I contacted customer service to ask if there was any news, they replied that the shipment is within 2/3 weeks, I pointed out to them that the time they indicated had already passed, they simply don't give a damn and reply by sending you the link to track the shipment . on the tracking link the information is stopped as of May 11. no news. i contacted them again and they have no answer for me. if the package doesn't arrive by tomorrow i'm going to file a complaint. stay away from these thieves !!!
If you live in the northern hemisphere don’t order from here. The parcels come from the slow boat from China and they are impossible to track. Don’t be fooled by Atlantic because they should be called Pacific pet products. Whats more I emailed customer services and never even received a response.
