I am very impressed, wish I had heard about them years ago - my item arrived sooner than expected considering where it shipped from, it saved my from a cat a stressful un-needed trip to the vet just for flea treatment, Thank you so much...be back in 6 months.
I order 4 Bravecto Plus (they last 3 month each one), the average life of the product should be 2 year…they send me 4 that are going to expire in 2 months! The delivery take longer but it comes from New Zeland (no problem for that), but they should pay attention on the expire date (or at least say that is near to end when someone buy). I send an email for a change, let see what happen, maybe I will change this review. UPDATE: they write me that are going to send me 3 more with longer expire date and in 1 month they did so I upgraded the review.
Delivery takes longer than usual, apparently because they have only one warehouse and it is in Australia. Freight tracking seems bad at first but customer support can provide the actual links. Price was okay, though, so it is adequate when all is said and done. Order #7094567

I ordered 4 pills for my two dogs, intending to use them over the course of a year. However, I was quite disappointed when I received the pills with an expiration date of August 2024. This means that I won't be able to use half of them, and it's really disheartening to receive almost expired pills.
I've orderd NexGard on 28.08.2023 with the payment of 59,75euros. It has been over a month since I ordered.The package has not yet arrived. I made a cancellation request today. I will report back here to see if I can get a proper refund.
I ordered from this company for the first time. They advertised free delivery to my home, and again confirmed that the delivery is free of charge when I made payment. After more than three weeks waiting, I send an enquiry to their customer service to ask when I will receive my parcel. They inform me I have to pay additional import charges before my parcel can be delivered. Do not trust their false advertising for "free delivery".
