Terrible experience
Terrible experience. US customers stay away. I wonder if this company is legit. I paid $164 for Revolution plus products. They are apparently stuck somewhere and there is nothing that can be done. Filing a missing mail request is not possible as these are prescription products here in the US. The company stopped answering my emails. And my money will not be refunded. My bank account is 164$ lighter, and my cat remains unprotected against flees and ticks. Crooks.
Shipping killed it
It was great shop when shipping was free. Now it's about 18 Eur to Italy, which totally kills it and I have no reason why to buy there anymore. What a shame.
Shipped from SINGAPRE with €16 Taxes on top of Shipping Fees
I've ordered Nexguard from Atlantic Pet Products since I moved to Nice, France in 2024. Before shipping was free. Then they added shipping charges. A few days ago I received a notice in my mailbox for a delivery without recipient information with a €16 tax. The post office worker in Nice was rude and wouldn't let me see the package and told me it was from SIngapore. She held the package hostage until I paid the €16 without being sure of what I was paying for. The package was a padded white plastic envelope which was the right size for two boxes of Nexguard so I paid. I checked the French website for the contact information. The address is in Australia and the country code for the phone number is in Sweden and it shipped from SINGAPORE: Why is an EU product being shipped to Singapore to be shipped to France for the customer to be forced to pay shipping and taxes????? Altlantic Pet Products is not listed as the sender. A Logistics Company is listed as the sender. I didn't save any money ordering from them.
Brilliant company!
Absolutely LOVE this company. I order regular flea treatments for my dogs and cats that would otherwise need a prescription here in the uk. I get Nexguard chewable for my 2 dogs and advocate for my cats. I am updated all the way about my order and the shipping tracking. It arrives with 7/9 days. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’ve shopped here for many many years.
Everything fine
Everything worked out well. Since the order was shipped from overseas, delivery took a bit longer, but that was expected. Customer service was helpful and responded to our questions throughout the process. The products have now arrived, and we're happy with them. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would order from Atlantic Pet Products again.
I never recieve my package!
I never recieve my package, had contact with a costumor service agent who never got back at me again, then when I reach out again they say they can’t help me anymore but i lost almost €80 euro’s + never got my package. Then they say thank you for understanding? Hell no! I am from Belgium I advice to order from an official seller and not this one for sure!

I have used this company for at 6yrs for my dogs and cat I get advocate spot on for them and worm tablets and it all works out cheaper than my vet. As much as I think he is fantastic every thing at vets these days is so expensive and I have 5dogs so it is scary the price to keep them flea and worm free ,it might take a while to arrive but so do other things from abroad but they don’t charge you for delivery of your products I personally would recommend them as I have no problem with them at all.
Very happy with products and service
We have used this company for a couple of years now for our supply of Bravecto for our five dogs. We have had no issues with either the quality of the product or the delivery. Our last order arrived within 5 days of ordering. We have saved £ hundreds over time on vets consultation fees and prescription charges. If people have had bad experiences with delivery times this is most likely to be a factor of airline delays and time to clear customs. Not something which the company can be I control of.
Shipping from China, beware
Update: I recieved my order, no extra charges. --------------------------------------------- They ship from China. If I knew this in advance, I wouldn't have ordered special shampoo for my dog on this website. Ordered a week ago, package is still in China.

Be careful with returns
Item arrived as ordered, a bit long delivery time. But be very careful with returns, items need to be shipped back to Australia for return/refund.

I think people aren't understanding the company they are based in Queensland Australia , my product was shipped using auspost , it likely stops off in Singapore on the way. It's not a scam because Australians can buy over the counter instead of being forced to hand over 40 pounds per pipette per my cat to the vet and then have to take them for the check up . I can get a box of four for 74 pounds it's a massive saving but it takes time make sure you have plenty of time ! The stuff is genuine it works and I've been using on my cats for 6 months would 100 percent recommend. Update: 28th March and my order has arrived from Australia no issues

This Company Are Not Scammers
I have been buying Advocate from this company for some time now with no problems at all When I first came across them I messaged them and asked about the products and was happy to order My latest order was placed on 17/01/26 it arrived about 10 days later and was exactly what I had ordered I gladly gave them five stars and would have no hesitation in ordering again ! The products are genuine for the people who are worried about them don't worry I even took a pack to show my vet who confirmed it As for returning I would not expect to return anything to them it's not as if they are local I am in the UK ! So I don't have a problem that they cannot accept returns All in all I speak from my own experience with this company I chose to ignore the several bad reviews on here I speak as I find !

Don’t bother
Place is not even un uk and nowhere in the site is advised. Either informations on delivery are written. Don’t assume will be a fast delivery Stuffs come from China through Singapore post and takes ages to come. My took 2 weeks for a flea treatment so I don’t need it anymore and guess what? You cannot return it. Don’t bother with them
The credelio arrived in about a week…
The credelio arrived in about a week which was great. I got the pack of six. This eliminates a £50 consultation for each cat to tell me what I already know plus an extortionate vet charge for the product, followed by a re inspect which incurs a further fee from the vet before they will carry on the monthly order of it, and judgemental attitude of it's because you've got 6 cats....thanks Atlantic Pet Products I will be a returning customer...and to the people who say the product isn't bonafide, it absolutely IS.
