I ordered the wrong case (my fault
I ordered the wrong case (my fault, of course) but politely ask to swap it for the right one and got no answer. While I understand that this was originally a mistake I made, I would have expected at least an explanation or reply and got none. Be careful when you order. UPDATE: They contacted me, told me that they were on holidays and didn't see my email, apologized and offered a refund, which is obviously a much better response. Thanks, and I appreciate your professionalism.

Bought charging case linkbuds S blue. Received it a little faster than I expected. DHL put it in the packaging station but left me no code. So I had to call them and get the code to enter it manually. Other than that all good. Good job Audiospare!

Got my Sony WF-1000XM5 charging case replacement soon. The condition is good. I had a few worries before I got it. Eventually, it was over my expectations. I worried about the fake before I got it.
