Poorly structured program, which provides unqualified individuals, who are dangerous to children. I found glass cup in my child's bed two nights ago after au pair put him to sleep. Many things of that nature. All comments and requests regarding household ignored. Au pair didn't like my rules, lied to her agency about being mistreated, and left without warning. As she walked out, my child was traumatized that she was saying bad things about me over the phone to her agency in front of him. Apparently, this was ongoing for several days. She was disrespectful, demanding. The agency wasn't supporting me and my needs at all.

My process was super fast. I have support at all times and they always solve my doubts. In addition, my host family is super friendly, understanding and patient that has made my stay very good.
