We had a problem with the delivery. They ran late on the original date, we had to leave the house. We were told someone would contact us. We called to reschedule, but no one ever called us back after several days. Did not seem like very good customer service, so cancelled our order and went to another store.
We loved everything about our experience!
We had an amazing shopping experience at Urban Mattress. Shane was great. He gave us his full attention and helped us choose the most perfect mattress. The mattress was delivered on time and the delivery crew was friendly, punctual and efficient. We’re in and out in < 10 minutes. We are obsessed with our new mattress. We now recommend this Austin store to all our friends!
I am only reviewing the service I received as I have not received my bed delivery yet. Shane, the owner, was very patient and kind with us, explaining things when we asked questions and even still didn't purchase. We took 3 trips total to finally pull the trigger on the same mattress we thought we liked and Shane was no less patient with us from 1st or 3rd visit including answering phone calls, and letting us stay around and lounge on the mattresses for a while. He is truly and excellent owner and I believe he takes pride in what he does. We are looking forward to receiving out mattress and have full faith that if we encounter any issues, Shane will help us make them right with their 100 night warranty.
The store location (Cedar Park) was easy to find, ample parking. The store was we'll kept, organized, comfortable. Bed selections well organized, ease for trying out comfort level. Ĺíłłïê provided us with details to help us better understand mattress selection. She is a top notch excellent Sales & Customer service representative for Urban Mattress business & family. Truely an asset to your company! Our delivery experience was excellent. I highly, without hesitation, recommend Urban Mattress. Please consider giving them your time to visit when in need of a new mattress. Spread the word... In conclusion, we are very pleased with our new mattress ~ sleeping very well... Thank you very, very much...
We had such a great experience at Urban Mattress, and really appreciate the guidance from Shane! He helped us determine what we wanted based on our budget and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve told all of my friends about our experience!
Delivery guys were great. Speedy, strong and efficient.
Shane provided terrific guidance during my recent mattress purchase experience. He showed me a variety of options within my budget & explained pros/cons of each choice. Excellent service and the delivery team was fantastic.
This is my second purchase at Urban Mattress and I can say with confidence it won't be my last. They have great quality and went the extra step to ensure my complete satisfaction.
My wife and I were provided by best service, honest recommendation, and a wonderful support after the sale when our headboard was not being connected properly to the frame. We believe we found a friend in the business.
The new mattress we bought with the assistance of the patient people at Urban Mattress has changed my life. I have back and sciatic nerve pain stemming from lower back issues and arthritis. it was hard to find a firm enough mattress for a stomach sleeper with those issues but this mattress is amazing! Thanks for your help Urban Mattress! Y’all helped make a difficult decision easier.
Great prices and excellent customer service.
Shane and Shannon made the buying process easy. And the delivery crew did a fantastic job.
I need the perfect, best sheets to the bed (mattress from Urban Mattress) for our son and his partner. This was her first visit to Austin, his home town, and we wanted her to feel special. I also wanted to buy thoughtfully. The bamboo sheets are a thoughtful purchase. They feel luxurious and have a cooling effect. The unique strap to have a good fit at the corners is thoughtful too! We have paid for really expensive sheets. These are not inexpensive; however, sheets for which we paid more are not better.
Great communication! Great Service! Great prices! Great delivery team!
Andrew was welcoming and very helpful. With such a wide variety of different mattresses it can be difficult to decide which one is the right fit. He was very attentive with any questions and explained all the various mattresses and the natural products that they are made of which helped me to make the best choices; his kindness made all the difference..
Delivery was good and so far I like the bed
