The process was fairly smooth. And the gentleman I worked with was great, very informative, and stayed on top of things. Letting me know what was needed in a timely fashion and work with me on time frames and options. He also provided me information about they're adjunct coverage options without being pushy, which I greatly appreciated and respected my choices to keep the additional coverage I had already purchased.
