Work fast and pretty straight forward process, terrible with communication when you have questions. EDIT : welcome packet was received with info but AGAIN no good communication when you have questions. So if you can ask AI or Google for any other questions you have GREAT but I had questions that went unanswered and just had to figure out myself.

Auto Approves is known for its excellent customer service, so we are sorry if your experience did not meet the high expectations that we have set for ourselves. Research of your account shows that your loan was funded on 7/28 and the payoff check will take 1-1.5 weeks to be sent to your previous lender. In addition, an email and text were sent to you at the time your loan funded, providing detailed information regarding next steps, etc. You may wish to check your ‘spam’ folder as the email may have been directed there in error. Our Lending Partners also send out ‘Welcome Packets’ anywhere from a few days after they receive the contract to a week or so before the first payment is due, so it is possible you simply haven’t received the Welcome Packet as yet. We encourage you to contact us at (833) 950-1509. Congratulations on your refinance, and thank you for being a valued customer!

From beginning to end 100% Perfect
From beginning to end auto approve was 100% the best people to work with. The process was seamless. The agent I got was so patient and kind. They made sure I got the lowest possible interest rate with a low monthly payment. My credit is not even very great and my payment was just where I needed it to be. Thank you Auto Approve for helping me refinance my vehicles loan. Thank you Bryan Turney for your time, patience and knowledge. If I ever have to refinance again I know exactly who to call!

Customer service left me hanging and uneasy
After I submitted all of my documents, all communication stopped from my "dedicated" loan specialists. I have been left feeling very uneasy and afraid that I have been scammed. I have sent out three emails in the last few days and have not received a single reply, but in the first few days they were in touch constantly. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am still awaiting a reply from multiple unanswered emails. I really hope I wasn't scammed and this all works out.
