The different items for verification of…
The different items for verification of ownership, mortgage, etc. took too long. Why did I need to send the actual forms as well as send to you as smart phone type "proofs"? That made the process take longer. I never saved money on my monthly payments to my old financier. The 45 days without a payment was not correct. I had to pay the old financier on the 10th and the new one on the 30th of the same month. I did get a better finance rate but not a better amount financed. The amount financed was almost the same as it was when I first bought the car 18 months ago. I did buy car repair insurance from you which was part of the finance total problem. I wish I had not bought the repair insurance.

We strive to make the refinancing process as smooth as possible; however, lenders may request additional documentation throughout the process, which can sometimes result in additional requests. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Regarding the payment timing, the 45-day period refers to the time between your refinance closing and your first payment to the new lender. Depending on the timing of the refinance, a payment to your previous lender may still be required to keep the loan current. Optional products, such as vehicle service contracts and GAP coverage, are completely optional, do not affect the interest rate offered, and are clearly disclosed in the loan documents before signing. Far too many steps, redo's, false starts; too complicated for non techies or older folks. However, our personal agent was very patient and helpful.
