I got stock uploading my product to my draft, after so much attempted with an unpleasant feedback "that my product was out of stock on my suppliers website".. meanwhile the product where available in abundant. I reached out to the admin and lucky enough it was Krizza who rescued me, she thereby opened my eyes to where the error was coming from, although technical but easy with good understanding. The challenge became a thing of the past. Thanks alot for the time and patience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you are trying to recover money taken by AutoDS, please file a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman as I have just done.
These 5 star reviews cannot be real... Refusing to return £190 that they took after two day trial period that I was unable to cancel because there's no way of contacting them. Products not available, told to source them myself. No phone number, no chat facility... only a robot and a ticket queue system that they sometimes reply after 24 hours, but can't speak with someone in real time. Dispicable people.

If I could I would give it 0
I canceled my sub with 27 days left on subscription and they fully terminate your account right there on the spot. No refund and you cant use is till the end of subscription period. WTF?!
In email they say sorry but not sorry and thats it. Not refund or nothing.
EDIT:
They at first said no to refund, then after a push back they did it..
Customer service was ok, thats why from 1 I am changing it to 3 stars. Not a 5 star for sure.

Horrible customer service, can take weeks for them to get products sent. Takes even longer to get refunded if you have a customer send item back. Will ask you to deposit double the amount of funds into your account for any order. Do it manually it will save you so much time and stress in the end.

I’ve been using AutoDS for a while now, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. What I like most is how much time it saves me on product importing and order fulfillment. Tasks that used to take hours are now done in minutes, which makes managing my store much less stressful.
The platform is pretty user-friendly, even if you’re not super experienced with dropshipping tools. Customer support has been decent too. While there have been a couple of times where responses took a bit longer than expected, the team was helpful once they got back to me.
