The tool is average overall. There are a lot of data sync issues for a lot of products. The trends section is not worth the price as it shows the products that no longer exist on sellers platforms or the links are broken. Most if not all the suppliers on AutoDS are not worth it. The prices on product from DS suppliers increase automatically althgouth the listing page on DS protal shows a less price. AutoDS team was reported multiple times but they don't seem to care about these issues.

Signed up for the free trial but was buried in popups pushing paid upgrades. Couldn't actually use the tools without constant interruptions. UI/UX is awful. I can't even tell if the app works well, because actually trying it wasn't possible.

I signed up for AutoDS after seeing promotional content from one of their affiliates clearly stating there was a 30-day trial. However, after signing up, I discovered the actual trial was only 3 days, with a very restrictive 24-hour cancellation window — something that was not clearly disclosed during signup. I subscribed on a Friday and attempted to cancel on Sunday. When I reached out through their chat, it did not provide immediate support and instead created a ticket. That ticket was only answered on Monday — after the 24-hour cancellation window had already passed. Because of this delay on their side, I was charged $49.90 and then told I had “missed the cancellation window,” which is completely unfair and misleading. This setup makes it extremely difficult to cancel in time, especially over weekends, and shifts responsibility to the customer for delays caused by their own support system. I have already filed a dispute with my bank and submitted a formal complaint. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend others be cautious, as the marketing and billing practices are not transparent.

BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time or money. Says "$1 trial" and 2 days later will charge you $50. The FIRST order I got, they couldn't even complete it and I had to sit there for a week until I was forced to cancel the order cause my customer was like getting impatient and nobody would tell me anything. It just sat there in the "Sourcing Status" as "In Progress" for 6 days. No reminders, no alerts, nothing after reaching out multiple times...just letting my eBay shipment go overdue. Also, you have to "load balance" in order to purchase the dropshipping items so if you EVER shut down your account, you're going to lose money like I lost an extra $26 bucks in "load balance" and if you use a credit card, it's ANOTHER 5%. So in 2 weeks of using this website I am now -$200 and got my FIRST and ONLY negative review on my eBay store I've had for 13 years. It's IMPOSSIBLE using it on mobile (I'm homeless and try to do the actual listing while at my job but never had time). EVERYTHING is insanely overpriced as well. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! IT'S ALL AI! Don't fall for this scam like my dumbass did.

this is a SCAM!! they advertised on their youtube videos for a 2 week trial and charged me after 3 days. the POD service doesn’t work at all, not on my end AND theirs, meaning their service is just incomplete & garbage. they did not accept a refund so i had to dispute this on paypal. so embarrassing trying to rob people of their money

We signed up on free trial and they still charged us Monthly payment. How come trial ended in 3 days where it was advertised for 14 days and deceptively. Contacted them and they declined to refund. Opened a PayPal case.Coming to their advertised products, their Marketplace did not have common products we were looking for. Very disappointed by the service and the way they charged us.
