Never subscribe to them

once subscribed to free trial and even after pausing the subscription still charged me twice. Did not gave refund. And for charging did not send even a single email in two months. Upon randomly checking my bank statement got to know this. Really bad.

Charged 400$ for uninstalling after 3 days not using

I installed the app on May 14 didn’t use it uninstalled it on May 17 got charged over $400 on May 17. I have sent an email and have not received any response. I got text messages saying they are autods but whenever I call I get a generic automated message saying to leave a message and then no response I was Contacted By AutoDS after I left a review on TrustPilot.com and since then they sent several emails asking about my experience and finally gave me a refund.

Amazing help by them

Amazing help by them, Ella yesterday and Michael today. AutoDS have such an amazing customer service / technical team, I hope they keep up the good work, they did not stop until they solved everything, amazing to see that there are companies still focusing that much on the customer. I'm new to this world and they're making it such an easy trip, that seems like you have a person on your side to accomplish success.

Updated to 3 stars as matter resolved. 13/06/2026 Do not buy into the hype. AutoDS is an incredibly expensive money pit that preys on beginners. They promise a seamless, automated e-commerce journey, but the reality is a frustrating maze of terrible support, non-existent guidance, and a constant stream of hidden fees that make the platform completely not worth the price. To start, there is no proper guide or structured onboarding on how to actually use the software. They just throw you into a complex dashboard with zero clear direction. If you want to set up automated fulfillment, you have to blindly stumble through different settings menus, global rules, and supplier tabs, trying to figure out why your settings keep reverting or why your pricing rules are conflicting. For a platform that charges this much, you would expect comprehensive, step-by-step documentation, but instead, you are left to figure it out through trial and error. When you inevitably run into a glitch and need help, you hit a brick wall with their horrible customer service. The wait times are absolutely brutal. If you have an urgent issue with an order or a payment, expect to wait hours or even days just to get a response. And when you finally do get a reply, it’s completely useless. You are forced to battle a frustrating AI chatbot that circles you back to the same unhelpful articles. If you manage to get a "live" agent, they just give you generic, scripted answers that don't address your specific problem. They take absolutely zero accountability for system bugs. Finally, the pricing structure is predatory. The base subscription is already expensive, but what they don't tell you upfront is that the base plan barely covers anything. Once you're in, you are hit with constant hidden charges and subscription add-ons. Want the software to actually process your orders automatically? That’s an extra monthly add-on fee. Want to use their AI optimizer? You have to buy separate credits. Want to actually ship an order? You have to pay for individual "order tokens" on top of the wholesale cost and your monthly fees. They nickel-and-dimer you for every single automated action. By the time you pay for the main plan, the order processor add-on, the order credits, and the AI features, you’ve spent a fortune before even making a single sale. Save your sanity and your capital—AutoDS is absolutely not worth the money.

I signed up with AutoDS about a week…

I signed up with AutoDS about a week ago on what I believed was a monthly trial subscription. I selected a few monthly services only, however without my proper consent or clear authorization, around £200 was deducted from my bank account unexpectedly. In total, approximately £250 has now been taken from my account. I tried multiple times to contact their support team, but unfortunately I could not get any proper explanation or satisfactory response regarding these charges. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. On top of that, I also experienced several technical issues while using the platform. I received a few orders and attempted to process them through AutoDS, but there seem to be many bugs within the system. For example, when moving to the next seller or processing stage, prices suddenly increase, which creates major problems when trying to fulfil orders accurately. Because of these issues, I decided not to continue using the service. However, I am now left in a situation where a significant amount of money has been deducted from my account, and I am struggling to get proper customer support or any clear path toward receiving a refund. Based on my personal experience so far, the service quality has been very disappointing, especially regarding billing transparency and customer support.

Signed up for their "Trial" and was charged $383, which I cancelled the subscription, and they gave back a partial refund. Not sure how this is legal, they didn't send me an Email saying I would be charged. I sent the information to PayPal for a dispute and was auto-rejected. Edit 06/06/2026 (Didn't see the response back, but I already tried contacting you guys, so why try to make this pr move here? "We will fix it just contact us")

Great Support team

I was just checking out dropshipping and then stumbled upon autoDS. I wanted to check it out what it was all about and I saw there was a trial for only 1€ so I purchased it. A couple of days later I got charged with a big amount and I was totally thinking they just took my money so I had my card blocked. After filling in a file the staff contacted me saying that it was the annual plan that I purchased. They said I should have recieved mails but maybe there was an error because I did not recieve them even tho they were sent. After texting back and forth with the super friendly staff I got refunded so I am gratefull for them. That is why I am leaving this revieuw here.
