It's literally a scam. they charged my card 850$ while i was still on the free trial. Their customer support is horrendous and i had to battle to get the hold lifted.

Be very careful before signing up for any “trial” or promotional offer from them. What sounds affordable at first may end up costing you far more in stress, frustration, and money. Read their terms and conditions like it’s written by your enemy. Among other things, there’s a 15% fee for every refund or cancellation. I literally begged them to waive this, emphasizing that I didn’t know my account was unpaused, and I wasn’t aware of the cancellation fee and that the money they were taking was for my sons groceries and that I would struggle if they went ahead with it, but they stood their ground and refused. That tells you everything you need to know about what matters most to them. This company does not care about its customers — they care about making money, even at the expense of vulnerable people. Customer support felt cold, robotic, and completely unwilling to do the right thing. Lastly, the promise of “$0.99 for 2 weeks” is completely misleading. What they don’t tell you is how quickly things can turn against you once they already have your money.

Not recommended at all. Don't go with reviews. I have checked the reviews and I thought it was amazing product. But AutoDS even not a near of what I thought about. Here's a reality: If you want to open your so called non-profitable old-school traditional dropshipping store then you pay and create the account in AutoDS. Otherwise, there's no branding capacity as AutoDS not allowed perosnal branading and packaging. So if you think long-term and creating your own brand store then you make sure you can keep away yourself from AutoDS. AutoDS platform is just for novice and there's not a single literally good product in their marketplace. No private laballing or delivery service they provide. If supplier not deliver then AutoDS won't be responsible as they are just middeater who is best at nothing. Even for novice this tool won't upto the mark, because they have too many flaws in their system and nothing straight foward. And if you even ask to their customer care then they simply will show you middle finger and will tell, it's ok if you not want to use. I have wasted my precise time with this shitty so-called outdated dropshipping store. Feeling regrated to creating account with AutoDS. Waste of time and money too. If you are serious for your brand value then don't use AutoDS even in your dreams too.
