Downloaded the app through Shopify when…

Downloaded the app through Shopify when attempting to open a new store. Store was not even fully open, had to pause work on it, somehow AutoDS kept charging me $72+ every month, even though their services were not even used once, simply downloaded on Shopify. Tried getting support for a refund, but got rejected multiple times - asked for a manager, but got shut down - "as per t&c must notify within 24hrs". What great service! Even the Shopify support team was taken back by how autods was just charging me for services never used and plainly a beginner error. Glad I didn't select annual billing at the beginning, would be out quite a bit of money. It's clear how this company makes their money. I do not recommend this company. Update - Member of the AutoDS review team reached out and offered an amicable solution.

I was stuck in an area in my auto DS and Hannah came to my rescue. I can now receive updates on price changes, tracking, order failure etc. I am so grateful. I have been in the dark being taken by surprise when I get orders and prices at my source end have gone up without my notice. Not any more. Now I am on top of it and that means more profits hurray!

I challenge anyone to try to contact any type of support, Email bounces, no phone number,chat does not even connect. they charged me twice, then a week later charged me $ 248, For what? their service is only $ 20 per month. i need to question Trustpilot.

Order Support Refused After Account Status Change

★☆☆☆☆ I was a paying AutoDS customer and opened several support tickets regarding an order issue and discrepancies in the fulfillment process. The most concerning part of my experience was not the original issue itself, but how AutoDS handled my subsequent GDPR request. After my account was moved to a "Pending" status, AutoDS repeatedly stated that it could no longer access or monitor order information associated with my account. When I formally exercised my right of access under Article 15 GDPR and requested a copy of my personal data and order-related information, AutoDS did not provide the requested data. After the statutory deadline had expired, AutoDS informed me that all of my personal data had been manually deleted from its systems. I had never requested deletion of my data; I had requested access to it. As a result, I have filed a formal complaint with the Cyprus Data Protection Commissioner regarding AutoDS's handling of my GDPR request. My review is based solely on my personal experience and the written correspondence I received from AutoDS. I hope AutoDS improves its support procedures and GDPR compliance processes in the future.

I am really getting great help from the Auto-DS AI agent and from the human agents. Their AI agents are well trained with many of the questions I have. I wish Ebay would train their AI agents to be more helpful. I always have to go to a human on Ebay but Auto-DS AI and humans work together great.

WARNING READ THE TERMS of SERVICE!!!

WARNING READ THE TERMS of SERVICE!!! Started with a free trial through a Youtube link. They automatically sign you up for an annual plan. As soon as you’ve created your account they then try and upsell you further within the software. The trial cost came to a total £296.20 charge including some currency exchange costs. I got the notification from my card regarding the charge. Within an hour I had sent an email and opened a ticket to request a refund. I was instantly slapped with the terms of service. Stating the following: “ While we always aim to provide a full refund, this fee is imposed by the third party provider that securely handles our payment transactions and is unfortunately beyond our control. Please note that the refund was processed in accordance with our Terms of Service, where this condition, including the applicable handling fee, is outlined.” They’ve charged me $57.55, if they just do that with all new customers who sign up for a trial they winning clearly. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!

Unsuccessful but professional about it

After over a year the products only contributed 5 sales to my site. 4 of which went wrong due to a lack of notification, out of stock issues etc.. .resulting in unhappy customers and actually losing sales for me. When I saw their annual fee being charged, I immediately cancelled. When I saw no funds returned within 10 or so days, I called and asked when I would receive my funds. Their answer was that when I cancelled I didn't actually call and request the money back, and now it's too late. After three times explaining that I cancelled and that was what I meant when I cancelled - I won't be using the service and therefore should not be charged - I got the usually runaround ending in the denial of refund. This is a horrible business practice adding insult to injury. In additional to hurting my business they will not return my funds on a technicality. I would avoid doing business with these folks. they are just unprofessional and have poor business policy that will cause you more trouble than it's worth. UPDATE: I have now responded to their automated form and am waiting to see if this forth time contacting them makes any difference. LATEST UPDATE: I did finally get AutoDS to respond and they have, in fact, provided a full refund. I am grateful for the professional response, though it did take a bit of pressure.

Just wanted to take a moment to say that James Ester Orin and Crisnie, did outstanding work of helping me to resolve my issues in minutes. I honestly thought this going to be like AI thing, and that you can’t get to a human. Even Amazon I was waiting for weeks! Long story short, due to my lack of knowledge and being inpatient and panicked, they quickly took the action, and the situation, sort out my problems and gave me few advices, which honestly no one will. I will happily return to drop shipping Auto DS and Shopify soon as I have more time and more experience. Thanks a bunch once again. Truly yours Goran.

Attempted to charge me $400.

Looks great on paper, but once you start using the app, it feels like nothing more than a cash grab. I can't stand companies that operate this way. They lure you in with a "$1 for 7 days" trial, but before the trial period was even over, they attempted to charge me $400. That kind of business practice is misleading and leaves a terrible impression. I completely lost trust in the platform after that experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.
