I looked at autods for my shopify store…

I looked at autods for my shopify store and wanted a month to month trial, they automatically debited for an entire year. When trying to get this refunded, referred to an AI instead of a live person. I told "it" clearly i wanted the money refunded and cancel service 4 days later a live person sends a message that since i did not respond they are closing the case. I felt like the integrity of this company is lacking and no personal customer service whatsoever. UPDATE - After review posted, AutoDS responded and we were able to resolve issue. I appreciated that someone did see the need to fix this and helped to get it done.

Use caution when dealing with AutoDS customer support. I experienced a serious issue involving account confusion and possible impersonation, and the response process relied heavily on automated AI replies instead of immediate human intervention. My concerns about billing, account access, and payment information were not addressed with the urgency expected for a potential security issue. The experience felt disorganized, frustrating, and stressful. Customers should not have to repeatedly explain that someone is pretending to be them before receiving proper support. Account security and fraud prevention should always come first. Update: I haven't heard from the autods team since the person impersonating me asked them not to delete their account, and then signed the email as me. Autods team keeps including that person in my correspondence although I've told them that it's not me. Since I can't respond to the email that they sent saying that they are working with me, I'm updating original post to say that this hasn't happened and please stop including the impersonator in my emails. I took the person off for a reason. Update: there hasn't been any private communications. I haven't been contacted by the company since I've made this post. The only responses I've received have been through this app. I've sent numerous emails and they have went unanswered. Nothing has been resolved. And I still have concerns.

Very shady company that use fine print to get trial users sucked into big surprising fees. Then any attempt to get a refund is a total pain. Despite never using the platform after signing up for a free trial on one single day - they refused to refund me for a significant subscription fee that I was rolled into.

​I would give this platform zero stars if I could. The user experience on AutoDS is incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to search for products at my own pace, the platform forces me into "offers" and promotional pages. ​It happens every few seconds; I am constantly being redirected away from what I am actually looking for. To make matters worse, whenever I manage to navigate back to my search, all my filters have been wiped, and the page resets to the default settings. Having to re-filter and start my search over every single minute is a complete waste of time. It feels like the platform is designed to force sales rather than help the user. I cannot recommend this service until they fix these constant interruptions

Disappointing experience

I’m updating my review to reflect that AutoDS has since refunded the 15% processing fee, which I appreciate. My concerns about the rest of the experience remain the same. The 0.99 offer gave me a very different expectation of the platform cost, and I found that many features required additional payments. I also did not realise how quickly the trial ended, and the annual charge came as an unwelcome surprise. While I’m glad the fee issue was eventually resolved, the process itself was stressful and only changed after I left a negative review. Because of that, I still feel it is fair to leave a warning for others to be careful before subscribing.

Worst dropshipping app ever, hidden fees and will charge random amounts to your account/card without confirmation or explanation. And when questioned about them they say they have no records of them etc. Its a scam company setup to just drain ya credit card of 10k Use anything else. Lots of other better programs out there

They've been charging us without any warning. Even after we canceled the plan, it kept reactivating, so we continued to be charged. We've tried to cancel it, but the app kept giving us problems and wouldn't let us. As a result, we've been charged a total of $312, which they now refuse to refund.

they took my money This software has endless problems, don't use it!

I just registered. When I try to set the zip code for the location of my products in the settings, no matter which zip code or country I enter, the system only gives a "City not found" error. AutoDS live support acknowledged this problem, but they acted incompetently, far from resolving it. For four days, there has been no response, no solution. When I emailed them, they didn't even bother to reply. It's been four days since I registered with AutoDS, and I haven't been able to use it at all. And they took my money. The technical team can't solve the problem. When the live support team doesn't understand something, all they do is repeat it like a parrot. They can't answer my questions; they deliberately pretend not to understand. My problem remains unresolved.
