Hello AutoDS took over $300 out of my account for an account. I don’t even have with them because they say I have an email address attached with them and they said they will not give me a refund and there’s proof showing that I haven’t even used auto DS so I’m not even sure why they think it’s OK to take $300 out of my account when I don’t even have their service and that they can’t give a refund that sounds like fraud to me or scam!

ALERT ALERT ALERT — be careful! This website may try to charge you around €400 if you don’t pay close attention. After the short trial period, around €400 was automatically deducted from my account for a yearly plan and add-ons. I only intended to use the trial and did not expect such a high charge. In my opinion, this kind of billing setup is very misleading and stressful for customers. However, after I posted my review on Trustpilot, the company contacted me in a friendly and professional way, and I received a full refund. Please still be careful before entering your payment details, read the billing terms closely, and make sure you cancel everything in time.

I signed up for the AutoDS free trial and decided during onboarding that it wasn’t for me. That should have been the easiest moment to leave. Instead, there was no clear way to cancel. Every time I tried to access settings or billing, I was pushed straight back into onboarding. I wasn’t able to manage my own account or cancel my trial. That is a massive red flag. I then spent over an hour on live chat trying to resolve it. Nothing was fixed. I was simply told someone would “reach out.” When a company can take your payment details instantly but cannot let you cancel instantly, people should be very careful. A subscription business should make cancellation simple, visible, and accessible. AutoDS did not. This felt less like a free trial and more like a trap. Proceed with caution before entering your payment details. They are fruadulent and scammers.

I had a very frustrating experience with AutoDS, mainly around billing, hidden costs, and refunds. At first, the platform looks useful for automation, but once you actually start using it, the financial side becomes problematic. There is a deposit fee (around 5%) when adding funds, and everything is charged in USD, which can lead to additional currency conversion costs depending on your bank. These extra charges are not clearly emphasized upfront. After deciding to cancel my subscription, I immediately lost access to key parts of my account, including visibility and control over my remaining managed balance. This made the process feel very restrictive and stressful. When I contacted support to request a refund of my remaining balance, instead of a simple process, I was given multiple alternative offers (partial refunds, plan adjustments, etc.). It felt like unnecessary hurdles were being created rather than resolving the issue directly. Eventually, my case was escalated to billing, but I was then informed that a 15% “handling fee” would be deducted from my own deposited balance. This was extremely disappointing since this was my own money, not a service fee. On top of that, my payment method remained saved on the account, and I had to explicitly request its removal and confirmation that no further charges would occur. This added another layer of concern around billing control and security. The overall process took multiple days, with slow responses once the issue was escalated, turning what should have been a straightforward refund into a stressful experience. To be fair, the automation features may be useful, but the billing practices, fees, lack of transparency, and refund process significantly hurt the overall experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering AutoDS to: * Be aware of deposit fees and currency conversion costs * Avoid adding large balances upfront * Be cautious with subscription plans * Understand the refund process before committing Overall, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
