Mike was great. He was proactive with communication, timelines, setting expectations, and if I were to wanting to hire someone for phone sales.. Mike would be the perfect guy. He built rapport quickly, and was very on top of the entire process. As a first time refinancer, Mike made it super easy.
Lexi was great to work with. Interest rate was higher than advertised, but still lower than my current rate. The loan offered additional coverages for the car, but you are able to decline any or all of them. It’s your choice. Lexi did great explaining all of this and made the transition nearly seamless.

Very scammy, would not disclose critical loan details and cut off all communication + closed application when I pressed for them. Now I have a hard credit pull for no reason. Do not use!

Loan offered was 3% higher than advertised through creditkarma. Offer included a $3,300 unwanted warranty package to be financed over the term. HIGHER rate, LONGER term, and LARGER payment. Why was it advertised incorrectly? Autopay agent sounded like he just rolled out of bed.
