I could not have asked for better customer support and service. Joseph was extremely helpful and compassionate. He walked me through everything, provided education, teaching and answered all questions. The process was quick, smooth without issues. I highly recommend Autopay to anyone caught in high interest rate vehicle loan. The service was wonderful and successful at finding me a much lower interest rate allowing me to save a lot if money and pay my vehicle off in less time.

Took a long time TO finish. You did not make the payoff to PNC before I had to make a payment, you should have paid my loan off earlier not by regular mail!!!
