Feed you false information for the hook.

They send paperwork saying you can save $ with us monthly. The federal rate is down. Apply now, but what they do is outsource your info and run a hard credit check. A bank picks up you application and saids these are your options, and really not that great. They hook you with the false information for you to apply, they get back to you and say, oh thats just estimate of what it can be. Waste of time, better off just paying into the principal xtra payment here and there. Now you gotta wait 3 mo the for credit to go back up. Its goes down when they run your credit.

Need better communication towards the end

So all in all the transaction was smooth. I will say that at the end of the deal it was hard to get straight answers on if it was closed or what was happening. So basically, I agree that communication could be better. Otherwise smooth transaction.
