I ordered a set of HID Headlights for my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. They were fantastic and bright. When the left one failed after 7 months, I reached out via the website. They sent a new set at no cost to me. This is fantastic, smooth service. No back and forth or wrangling to get them replaced. A sincere apology and a new set in the mail. Great job and great product.

In about half hour Ms Dorothy responded and assured me, she'll send out a new set of bulbs right away. When I bought the bulbs, they came with a two year warranty. I first needed some parts for the existing headlights in my car and jumped the gun and ordered a second set from Auxbeam. They worked with me and even refunded me 80% of my order. It’s hard to find places with good customer service nowadays. I have Auxbeam lights in all of my vehicles and will continue to.

What a great company, I wish they had a working phone number, but regardless email customer service worked just fine and they were very tentative. I ordered a wing bulb type, and wanted to upgrade to the Bluetooth version of the GX series bi color, and they facilitated that with ease. As well, very fast shipping both ways. Not my first auxbeam purchase and definitely won’t be my last.
