Customer service has been excellent! The quality of the XPro lights seems to be really good. I had a problem with the strobe feature, but the customer service person (Dorothy) listened to all of my concerns, was very polite, and sent out a replacement set. The only downside is that they are in a completely different time zone, so communication was overnight, but it all worked out well. Thank you.

Have auxbeam lights in all my vehicles, I haven't found any brighter headlights. I've only ever had one issue with a set of bulbs. Sent an email explaining the issue. Got an email Back that night with new tracking info for a replacement set of lights.

I ordered a couple 5in spot lights with the yellow driving lights to see if I liked them. I did! But after a few months realized I wanted to install 6 of them along my roof rack. Already owning 2 lights I only needed 4 more but online I could only find buying the 6 light harness with 6 lights. I contacted them and they were able to workout sending me just the harness that I needed and I ordered the rest of the lights from Amazon. (Saving a LOT of $ in shipping) I get complements all the time with the yellow driving lights on and my truck is recognized around town. I did have a small issue with the harness 2 of the lights at the end of the wiring harness where flickering from time to time until they went out. I got in contact with aux they asked me to check a few things and they sent me a replacement harness as soon as I testing the harness and lights. I live in Canada and it’s very salty wet winters I think the relay was possibly getting some moisture around it so this install I will liquid electrical tape the relays to prevent this from happing. Thanks for a great product! In the north your lights have saved me from many animal collisions including a moose!

I purchased an eight gang switch panel upon arrival and install. One channel did not work properly. Contacted customer service and had a great experience. Got it replaced right away. Love auxbeam products

These are the only lights I use in my vehicles and there is a few clear reason why. 1. They’re amazing products and great quality. 2. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. I bought the wrong products once and after a couple emails they got everything squared away and exchanged mine for the correct ones, and on the rare occasion that something does go wrong with the lights if it’s still under warranty they honor it. No questions asked!

I have been very pleased with Auxbeam and their products. As well as their customer service. I have changed out almost every bulb on every one of my vehicles and have been running them for years now. I have Auxbeam LEDs in low beams, high beams and fog lights in all of my vehicles. I have Auxbeam HiD to LED conversion bulbs as well. And if I have a problem with any of them, Auxbeam and in specific Ms. Dorothy has made it right. If you have any issue with their products and it's within their 2 year warranty period, they're going to make sure you're taken care of.

I would like to just say that from answering questions before being a customer to quickly responding after being a customer still they have an A+. They are quick to help resolve issues with any misunderstanding from the customer with different solutions for you. I've made two purchases and will be making more soon. Let’s just start by saying I could not be more pleased with Auxbeam’s product! I bought some LED bulbs for the head lights and fogs for my vehicle just under a year ago, from the moment you open the box to installation you can tell the quality of the product, the bulbs I bought work amazing. I had a small issue with one fog light that stopped working, I reached out to the team at Auxbeam, who replied back to me in a quick and efficient manner, to which they explained to me the length of warranty and if I was still within it or not, to which I was. The team at Auxbeam quickly confirmed my shipping address again and sent out the warranty bulbs, I received them roughly 6 business days after initial contact. I highly recommend purchasing their products, you won’t be disappointed!
