For reference only.I'm doing a retrofit project and a issue came up with one of the light, I contacted there warranty department and they walked me through a confirmation to insure there was an issue. Replacement have been sent and I'm really surprised with there customer support, the light output are much brighter than another brand that does the same and has a much cleaner look to them.

Two of the lights I ordered were messed up, after a back and forth convo discussing troubleshooting or other ways to help they decided to send replacement bulbs at their own cost I can’t rate them high enough
I ordered some led bulbs for my truck and I accidentally spelled out something wrong in my address when it isn’t spelled out all the way and when they were out for delivery they never got delivered because of a insufficient address so they got returned to the sender that they came from, which yes that is a screw up on my part but I emailed them told them the right address and got a email back within like 4 hours with a new tracking number. Could not be more happy with their customer service best customer service I’ve ever dealt with, quick, simple, straight to the point, no extra questions, will 100% always buy from them when needed.

I have custom outfitted a Jeep Wrangler and Overland Camping trailer with several of your lights and the AR800 Switchpod. These include a light bar, 2 amber A Pillar Lights, side lights under the Roof Rack, under lights and backup lights. Everything has worked great, however I did have challenges with the switchpod which caused the lights to glow dimly. Customer service was more than helpful and offered to replace the unit free of charge. I really value that the company is interested in creating long term relationships and is willing to stand by their product. Will definitely buy more lights for other projects in the future. I purchased a set of LED low beam light bulbs due to the fact the stock lighting is so dim on the model car I have it is unusable and frankly dangerous. I watched a few review videos for led lighting and Auxbeam wad on the top tier as far as performance and output. I was attempting to install the new bulbs and since they are quite a bit larger I couldn't figure out how to get them secured. That's because I tried installing them without first reading the installation guide. It clearly stated you need to remove a "Buckle" and insert it into the housing first. There's even a notation that says "don't drop the buckle into the light assembly" Well I did just that. I had emailed Auxbeam support as to what I was doing wrong prior to reading the manual and in less than 12 hrs they got back to me with what I was doing wrong. I mentioned I dropped the buckle into the housing and again they quickly replied and even offered to ship me a set of buckles. I finally got them install and all I can say is WOW! I can see the road 100 times better then before. I'm thinking I'm going the replace the high beam bulbs as well. Great product, Great customer service...
The customer support is phenomenal, very friendly and fast responding. The bulbs I've purchased have worked well, solid and well manufactured. I had a warranty issue with one of my bulbs and they had me a replacement within days.
